This store has one of the most amazing associates working for them, her name is IZZY. They are so lucky to have her and so are the shoppers that are lucky enough to have an encounter with her.

I've always had great service at Home Depot.

Store is typical for a Home Depot. I have received great customer service and courtesy many times. However, as with all other stores I have visited, I have had to search hard for and approach employees to ask for service assistance. Associates have always been friendly and helpful once approached, though.

Wanted to give a shoutout on some employees that assisted me today. I called before visiting the store to ask about a product I couldn’t find pricing for online. I got through to a gentleman in lumber( I believe his name was Max?) and he stayed on the line and walked around trying to locate log siding for me, and saved me a potential wasted trip somewhere else. Once we got to checkout, Sam, our cashier, took amazing care of us. Was super friendly to my toddlers and quick/efficient

Great store to get items needed for home improvement

I had come in to the store to purchase approximately 1000 sq feet of new carpet and padding. I knew exactly which color and style. I went to the flooring department and no one was there. I went to another department and found an associate who offered to page someone to help with flooring. 4 attempts and almost an hour later no one showed up. There were several associates milling about, and when I asked for help they either pointed to customer service or offered to page someone again. I gave up and left. Home Depot lost about $4000 in sales because no one could be bothered to help a customer who knew exactly what they wanted. I understand with COVID you can't always have folks at every counter, but it would be nice that after the second or third page someone could actually show up or at least let me know someone was coming.

Compared to other Home Depots in Alaska, very organized and clean. Excellent and kind cashiers, great staff.

I’ve been to Home Depots across seven different states and the Fairbanks store is the busiest and friendliest one I’ve been too. The employees don’t dodge customers like I’ve seen them do in Rohnert Park and they are always quick to help as soon as they can.

Heather in Kitchens was very helpful in putting my plan into a visual. I enjoyed working with her and will continue to see her as the project progresses. Thanks Home Depot

Customer service at the Fairbanks store is not always the greatest. If you want assistance, ask for Omica with the customer service desk or if you need delivery ask for Tom. Be prepared to wait a while if you call in for help on anything. If you are very patient, you will eventually get what you need and be satisfied that you were patient.

Very nice to have this store in Fairbanks. Large assortment of good products for a good price. Store arrangement is very helpful to shop by department and employees are all friendly and helpful.

Best Home Depot experience so far! They had quick delivery for the products we wanted, and our salesperson Donald stayed late to help us place our order. When their warehouse was closed, he told us to come back the next day to finish everything up. When we arrived he had already called the warehouse and reserved our products for us. Quick, easy and exceptional customer service! Highly recommend.

Covid protocol puts people at risk. Locked exits at pro area All people through one 6' wide door excessive congestion!

Very Poor customer service. No one wants to help you and after making my purchase at the pro desk they made me walk back down to the main entrance to leave the store. Would not shop here if there was some where that offered what I needed. The store is never stocked and if the merchandise is in the store no one wants to get it down for you.

Store appears disorganized and chaotic. Lots of employees but hard to get help No one answered phone when I called While being helped.. employee answers phone in middle of me talking!! Rude. What Happened to customer service??

Had surgery 5weeks ago and can’t lift anything. A lady in appliances help me get the salt I need for my water softener. She asked if I needed anything and help me get a air purifier I saw. She then help me to the front registers. She couldn’t load my truck but found a young man to help me. Great customer service. I wish I could remember their names. While waiting for her to get a cart I was asked by 2 other employees if I needed help. Really appreciate the awesome customer service.
