I went in for some gardening needs today. The plants and flowers were abundant and healthy. The store was quite busy (for a Wednesday early afternoon), but checkout was a breeze. Nice employees, too. I will be back!

Shopping for items that were 'out-of-stock', but SEVERAL same items way in the back of the shelf.

Went in looking for a new grill. Wanted one that was half griddle half cooking great. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but Rochelle helped me order the correct parts so I could get what I wanted in the end.

Everyone in Home Depot is friendly. Shout out to DeShawn!! Thanks for the help with the fan

Placed an order on line. Went to pick it up 3 days later and was told it hasn't been picked yet. Asked if someone could pick it and was told no one is available. Asked if they could print a pick ticket for me so I could pick it myself, they said no, their printer was broken. Asked if I could take a picture of their computer screen, which they allowed. All locations on the PT were incorrect, but I found in the general area. Couple SKUs were incorrect and one item could not be found (employee said "Linzer? Never heard of that make" and walked away). Asked for compensation on this $462.00 order and was given $5.14 off (which is laughable). I'm a longtime visitor to store 2742 and have seen it change for the worst. Poor attitudes of many employees, store organization, etc. In many ways becoming what we call "getto". Other local big box stores of this type in the area are much better run operations.

After searching the shelves forever to find one back of leg shield, and one box of screws, when I need probably four or five, ask somebody for help, they said the manager stocks the shelves, and that was about it you guys need to order parts and look at your shelves to see if things are in the wrong places Put them in the right places and then order the parts. It shouldn’t be my job to tell you this. This is at Home Depot. The hardware section is ridiculous. It’s a joke coming here. And maybe have one register open with somebody that scans items would be nice to

Got help right away to get what I need for the project. Was in and out fast and the employees were great.

I remodeled my kitchen during the pandemic and the staff made the experience wonderful despot the inconvenience of the pandemic

Not once did an employee greet me or ask if they could be of assistance in helping me find what I was looking for. Store was sloppy.

The home depot needs more ppl at the pro desk to help out.if someone calls off there should be backs available.time is money as a contractor.this store didn't cut it on my last visit.

The person employed in the garden area to assist with loading mulch onto flat beds was argumentative, rude, walked away from assisting me. Acted like because the mulch only cost 2 dollars a bag I shouldn’t card if it was moldy or not. He said he was over 60 and too old to be doing this job -like that was my fault. Horrible experience!!!!

I would just like to say that Michael, the customer experience manager, was extremely rude towards one of his associates.On 2/28/23, I was at the Service Desk making a return and the associate came up to Michael and asked him a question about her department. She’s obviously new so she doesn’t understand everything just yet. Before she could finish, he interrupted her and said “ That’s something you gotta ask your Supervisor”. She explained to him that her Supervisor is off and she was the only one in her department. He said “That’s not my problem, I don’t make the schedule.” The associate visibly upset, left the desk. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to make things worse. I shop here quite often because it’s down the street from my house. Michael has a nasty attitude and he always seems to be in a bad mood. There was no excuse for him to talk to that young lady like that. I would highly recommend that the Store Manager talk to Michael about treating others with respect and dignity. Michael’s attitude sucks and he has no business being in retail. He talks to associates like they’re kids. If he does have children, they don’t work at Home Depot.

My mother lost her purse while shopping and an employee happened to pick up the purse off the ground and turned it in. Other employees were very helpful when I inquired about the missing purse.

When you walk through the store you'll find yourself dodging lots of stockers with pallet jacks, hi lo's and flag wavers, guiding them. If you need help finding what You're looking for no one is willing to help you. It's great they stock the store but they need to work on helping customers too! Kinda ghetto.

I made a return I ask for the store credit I needed to purchase some items for a job the associate put the wrong info when entering my ID if I had went to another location to use the gift card, I wouldn’t have been able to because the gift card didn’t match my ID because Dan put the wrong information in there

I usually go to this Home Depot when looking for home repair items, and was somewhat surprised at the amount of stock I was able to find this time. Glad that e=all is good at Home Depot
