Well stocked store, clean isles, great prices, Nice staff, great parking.

The friendly staff working at the Livonia Home Depot provides great service! This location and the helpful staff working here provided me with the opportunity to access the tools, materials, and resources necessary to complete a weekend project with a good friend. Much appreciated!

Staff is knowledgable and experienced, takes beginner questions respectfully

We have shopped at The Home Depot for years with great success and with no issues. Having to deal with the lack of professionalism the Managers have shown here was appalling...Aaron, Phil and Shelley played their ignorance off each other. Trying to purchase a washer and dryer was an exacerbating experience. They not only did not have our first or second choices they said they would be able to deliver when stated, this did not happen. Worse was that Aaron, Phil and Shelley lied to us and even called each other ignorant. This went even so far as the delivery company being at fault. Needless to say we returned the "not yet delivered" washer and dryer.

Love this store! Great selection, good pricing, and super helpful employees who talk to you like the intelligent person you are who just might not happen to be a handyman. I never feel uneasy asking for help or talking about a project here like I have at other places.

I like the store, but, I had to wait 13 days for appliances, then got a call the order cancelled, had to go back in. Still do not know when & if my $3600 order will be delivered. The cashier sneezed real big. I responded, " hey, you're supposed to cover your mouth in your elbow". She said, " No, I have a mask on!". Other than these issues, I like the store!

The cashiers and self check out employees are always nice and friendly. However the lines are always backed up and most of the time all the self check out lanes are not working. The return line is always backed up. Pack your patience if you ever need to go to this location.

This store is a mess, aisles are blocked with stock, the front entry is a greeting of customer returns, the lumber aisles are blocked, parking spaces are blocked by shed displays and inventory is below standards even during the pandemic compared to other HD stores. Freight unloaders not in uniform and they dump pallets wherever there’s a spot. Unable to maintain social distancing as aisles are cluttered, checkouts are disorganized and inventory is always low.

Customer service is terrible, Advertised products not in stock, Pallets of products lined up in isles. Employees not wearing required PPE and or their face mask was under their chin, customers in store with no face mask. Would not recommend this store.

It’s a very good store with very friendly customer care representative. They will help you with whatever you need. And answers all your questions.

Friendly staff that finds you the item if they have it

The only reason I don't rate this store 5 stars is because of the long line, wait time in line and too many people not practicing Social Distancing. This store exceeds in every other aspect there is.

I love the Home Depot stores everywhere but the one in Livonia Mi, when I go in there there’s a gentleman that helped me all the time his name is Dan at customer service he is really a good man and he tries to help all the time and they have a Lot if other nice customer service as well.

Garden section cashier Anthony was exceptionally kind in his dealing with me. He offered assistance in carrying heavy breaks at check out. He asked if I was able to find everything I was looking for. At the end he thanked me for shopping at HD. I always come back to this particular HD because of great persons like Anthony.

At check out Anthony was courteous and genuine when he greeted me and asked if I was able to find everything I needed for this shopping trip. Anthony seemed to make the queue line goes by faster without hiccups. After I made the payment, Anthony made me feel appreciated by thanking me for my business.

The only reason that I really shop at this location is because it is closest to my home. I have an issue with the fact that most of the time, they don't have many cashiers working and the lines tend to be long all the time. I would like for them to adequately staff their store for check out in regards to cashiers and make sure all the self-check out lanes are working properly. It's not good business to only have 1 self check out working and the other 3 are not working properly. The 1 self check out is "card only" which causes the line to be even longer for that 1 cashier that is working. I will say that the employees are friendly and will answer questions and direct you in the right direction of where you are trying to go. I also like the fact that Home Depot offers professionals that come out and install whatever you might need done.

One of the worst managed stores in the area. Long line at both checkout and at returns, no distancing at either. Shop at your own risk

Home Depot is my 2nd home for my shopping needs

Excellent customer services.

Had to wait 6 days to pick up my on line order. Product I ordered was in stock in store. Paid $150 for a new grill. Had 17 in stock when I ordered. Ended up with a floor model. No manuals/instructions or warranty info!!

Amazing customer service, in the store, and their Sub-Contractor Dan of Gordon Enterprise was Amazing as well. Dan the owner was very friendly and professional in setting up date and time for my security doors to be installed. His employee Bryan, called 15 minutes out as expected (The Next Day!). I was so Excited. Bryan was professional got both doors installed in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning after installs were done. I highly recommend Dan's company Gordon Ent for Door installations.

Home Depot - Livonia store is looking good. The shelves were well stocked. Everything was easy to find and the associates were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for new kitchen faucet and toilet seat. Found our beautiful, well constructed, new outdoor furniture cushions too. Keep up the good work everyone.

Not anymore, your electrical department is really lacking the variety of products it once carried. Also if I purchase another "used" fixture off the "new shelf" Im gonna boycott your entire chain. ENOUGH crap being resold as new. Missing items, broken and nasty fixtures being put back on the shelves.

The Livonia store is well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. I indicated in the survey that i may or may not use this store on a regular basis. The reason is that i live in Canton very near the Home Depot on Ford Rd. I came to the Livonia store to purchase an item that they had at a lower price than the Canton store.

Parking lot was recently repaved with all new striping and signage. Looks great but store management allows for flat carts to be parked away from the building material aisles where they are needed. The store parks them in customer parking taking up 15 convenient spaces. If you need a cart, you have to walk back outside across traffic. I had waited until after the parking lot project had ended to see if the store would correct this but it actually got worse when the project was over. Carts could be lined up in the aisles where they are needed.
