Kay Knutson very good customer care &Good people every time I go in they are very kind to me BUT their customer service on the phone needs a lot of work.

Cashier Ardyth informed me that Home Depot no longer accept the phone number for the tax ID as of 3 months ago. I have called two other stores and no manager at either store have heard anything about this new policy.

I items I have purchased stand the test of time.

I needed a prehung door. Unfortunately the door i needed was on the top shelf and the isles in the immediate area were completely full of pallets of stock. It took the sales associate about 30 min to move stock and navigate the hi lo to the area. I do not understand how a business can operate in this state of clutter.

Tony in the kitchen appliance area was extremely helpful answering all our questions and providing contacts for plumbing services. There was also a helpful gentleman over by the fencing area and a third helpful gentleman in the plant area. Cashier Heather was very nice and friendly.

Mark in kitchens is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable in designing.

I am a pro customer every time, I’ve had an issue or a hard time with an order or finding something there’s always someone there to help from the guy that gets the buggy out the parking lot to the managers.

Needed to return an item. The cashier, SHATERRA made no effort to get up off of the stool she was sitting on while engaging in a personal conversation w/a coworker who was leaving to assist me. She never did say, " how can I help you?" I asked if I could return an item. Her response "do you have a receipt?". I hope she is seasonal and will soon be gone because I know she is not representation of Home Depot. If you don't want to work or be professional, please don't apply. Thanks for reading. Sometimes you'll receive good service, but all too often, you won't. Also be prepared to wait if you have a curbside pickup.

In process of a bathroom redo the sale man was Superior!!!

I went in looking for recessed lighting for my kitchen and no idea what I was doing. Employee Roz helped me tremendously in finding the correct ones to buy. She's very patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would highly recommend a few need someone to help you especially if you are a woman, ask for Roz

I love the Lavonia store an the management they have always been kind to me and my husband for all of our Home Depot needs. Once in a while you get a bad Apple but that does not out way for all the kindness an help that the people in the store gives. Mrs.Tromblay

Shopped for cleaning supplies at Home Depot - Livonia this morning. The associates were very helpful throughout the store. I had a great shopping experience. The store was well stocked and the aisles were easy to walk down with a cart. Good selections of seasonal products too.

This was the SECOND Home Depot of the day! Associates were more than helpful and friendly. .

Courteous staff, helpful staff, very clean, good variety and ideal inventory for both personal and professional projects.

The check out cashier was fast, helpful, through, friendly and I don't think I'd change much of anything. Christine went above and beyond for me and you don't see that very often when shopping at a business.

Great overall experience purchasing French doors and the installation. Michael is great at what he does and easy to see why the store is always easy to shop in on any day

I wish I could give this store a zero star rating but I can't. We went in there on Sunday at 10am to purchase a large quantity of Mulch. Usually in past years you could go in to the register and pay and they would load it in your car. However today they would not. Also they did not have the garden center registers open. We had to load it on a cart and take it all the way down to the registers to pay then load it in our car ourselves. We made 3 separate trips to purchase 60 bags of mulch

Appliance department offered great sales, selections, and the representative was attentive!

I shop at your store all the time because I live so near. And, over the past seven years, I have had nothing but great service by employees who are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Today, Joe in the tool department was a great help. He helped me purchase a Rigid router, which I intend to use to make a gift for my granddaughter. Joe was very patient in explaining what I would need, the difference between the different models, and great advice about how I might be able to accomplish my objective. Thanks, Joe. You deserved a raise but for now, at least, you receive my praise.

Great Saturday afternoon walking around Home Depot, they always have everything I need and the employees know where everything is, if I don't. My house is getting so stylish!! One last room and its the kitchen, so I will be here till fall or later!

Great experience with Daniel at Customer Service. Friendly, efficient, and cared about my needs.

From the moment I stepped in the store, the employees were really friendly. Mike in Garden helped me out with some suggestions on which wipes were best to use. When I went to check out at the Service Desk, Dan was really polite and checked me out and was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to this particular location as the employees always take good care of the customers. Dan and Mike deserve to be rewarded for excellent customer service.

I bought 2 gallons of the same color paint on 1/30/21. I didn't get a chance to use the paint until 2/14/21. I spent the whole afternoon putting the one gallon on the walls. I opened the 2nd gallon, started painting and realized it was a different shade than the 1st gallon. I drove to the livonia home depot right away to exchange the paint. I was shuffled from customer service to paint and back to customer service, having to wait in a line each time. At no point did anyone apologize, despite this being 100% home depot's error. The icing on the cake though was when it came time for the actual exchange. Because the paint was on sale when I originally bought it, your cs rep (the receipt says the reps name was Courtney- not sure if thats his actual name, a guy and a woman were sharing a register) insisted on charging me the $4+ difference. Your error cost me an entire afternoon, an extra trip to the store, I had to fix my walls and I wasted a roller and a paint brush putting them in the wrong color paint. But somehow I still owed you? Because apparently my time and supplies weren't enough for you?? Unbelievable. I will never spend another penny in your store.

I live by 2 homedepot stores but I still prefer 2 drive the extra miles to lovonia homedepot.
