Well stocked and fairly priced. Employees are always helpful!

No employees available in this store. Stopped here on a Friday afternoon between 4 and 5. Needed to buy a weed wacker. They are all locked in cages, but no employees to get them out for you.

Such friendly and helpful staff

Needed some rubber floor mat that nobody else seems to carry. Found an employee about 2 aisles over who came right over, got my material quickly and with a smile. Through the checkout in no time. That's my 2nd trip for the same material with the same experience. I'll be back.

The male staff are so friendly and it makes my shopping experience that much more satisfying. As a woman I feel that the male staff makes me want to keep coming back a few times a week because they are so helpful & friendly.

Hopefully Sarge is there when you go. So full and knowledge and a pleasure to speak with

The day after Christmas, me and my wife bought a brand new gas stove at the store in Machesney Park, Illinois. Audrey was our sales lady and she was great. Found exactly what we wanted and she got the ball rolling. Thank you, Audrey.

Emily helped us design our new kitchen after we experienced a flood from a water leak. We needed to make a many decisions quickly and she helped us through every step of the process. She always responded quickly and happily answered all of our questions. She had great ideas and helped us work through all of the issues with our small kitchen. I know we are going to love our new kitchen. I would highly recommend using her for your remodeling needs.

Store is clean. Displays well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. I bought a Turkey Fryer. Loco did a fine job with design, quality materials and accessories all in the box

There were promotion signs, and the employee told me I would get a 10% discount on my carpet order, so I went with a slightly better quality than I could actually afford, but was billed without the discount!

Always something new to find.

So I live by the Delafield WI, Home Depot and was looking for the 5ft LED Ultra pose-n- stay skeleton and they didn’t have any left, they looked up who would have them and told me Janesville WI, so we went to Janesville and they were sold out before we got there. So I asked again and they looked up and said Machesney park IL, had 6 so the guy told me to go to customer service and ask if they can call over and see if they actually had them, while she was on the phone ( I think her name is Bonnie) Was talking with Marty while he was in the back looking since they showed 6 in stock. He found them and put one to the side for me as it’s a 2 and a half hr drive from where in originally live, and an hour from the Janesville store where we were asking for the skeleton. We got to the Machesney Park store and they were true to their word of keeping one for me!! I can’t thank Bonnie for communicating and Marty for looking and saving one for me. Y’all are great!!! I was having trouble picking out an electric blower and a employee helped me find the electric blower and the cashier was vey friendly

We bought a lot of garden plants , vegetables, soil, fertilizer, woods .

Went to purchase a grill that my local store did not have available. For the first time in over a decade someone greeted me and asked to help me and when no one came to assist him in helping me, Gordon got me the product I needed, gathered people to help me load it and even got it in my truck without my even having to lift. Gordon was an example of how Home Depot was thirty years ago. The Regional Manager, District Manager and Store Manager should take notice that customer service is STILL possible. Gordon the experience a good one.

Tonight Mr. Kim and Ms. Mercy took wonderful care of us! Mr. Kim greeted us with a smiles when we walked in. He asked how we could help. We asked if there were any craft sets left from the event. He really searched for us! When he found none he took our name and number in case an employee in the morning knew where they were. He also helped us find a dowel. At the check out, Ms. Mercy was so kind. She helped us right away and made check out so simple. She was quick and happy to help us!!!

Homedepot provides a service no one else can offer. Such as independent electrical wire purchasing, at any length and wire gage. Which is not offered at any,, and I mean Any other store. So a small electrical job can be achieved at a very low cost for the average home owner, or a beginner technician. I have saved and made a lot of money at Homedepot. And they also have the best fruit trees available anywhere in the country. Homedepot is number one for me when it comes to running my small business. Thank you.

You can find a variety of tools at a lot of home improvement stores, but if you are looking for professional tools, you really need to go to Home Depot! Their selection far outweighs the rest.

We updated about 90% of our house. The remodel went great. It was very affordable.

We can not say enough about Home Depot. Management, Employees knowledge and great customer service, Prices, Cleanliness of store and restroom...everything. And, if you worried about that 11% savings at other stores..Home Depot matches that and no hassle with mailing off forms, do it on line quick and easy! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!
