Was able to find a staff members who understood the products I was looking for and each clerk personally showed me where to find the items I needed and showed me several other options. One clerk left to help another customer and then came back to see if I needed anything else. This is what real customer service looks like.

Both Ron and Neal in the Plumbing Dept. are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable

I went with my father to but rubber grounding plug . And we found what we needed . Staff was great! And it was my last trip I’d ever make with my father to his favorite store ever. He sadly passed away three days later. With all the pain in my heart, I just remember that day so much and wish I could relive it again.

A big improvement from a few years ago.

Employees seem content with their jobs at this location, which is a reflection of a good management team. Considering the pandemic and nation-wide distribution shortages, store still has a wide selection and good quantity on the shelves.

Wandering around the store unable yo locate the items I wished to purchase, was approached and led to every place I needed by an amazing associate

Karime was a good cashier and was really helpful and was also kind.

This store is so well organized, you can be in and out in minutes. The staff seem to really care and are able to help you with your questions.

Our shopping experience was fast and quick, with a friendly provider to help us look through fridges. John Robertson was great and extremely helpful in the process. Also, since I am older it was nice to have someone from the elder community helping in the experience.

Barbara in gardening section is wonderful

The employees who work here are always on point they know exactly where to find what your looking for always have a smile on there faces and are never too shy to hold a small conversation with you before you leave. I know alot of them by there first name and they all remember mine as well. I love this home depot and won't shop anywhere else.

BARBARA THE CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORDERLY. THIS STORE HAD EVERYTHING I WAS IN NEED OF FOR THE JOB I WAS DOING. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS STORE.

This is the conclusion of 3 visits to your equipment rental. Brittanie was your associate that helped me all 3 times. I explained my project and the equipment and supplies I needed. I rented a sander and I told her that when I returned it, I would need a power washer. She got the supplies and sander. I came back about 3 hours later and she asked if I had returned the unused supplies and got a refund. I had. She asked if I still needed the power washer, I did, and she got it. She recognized me each time I enter (after the first time). Transactions went very smoothly each time, and she was very helpful and efficient.

The cashier was rude and her manager tried to back up her unprofessional behavior. I stood my ground and was very unhappy at the end. I spent hundreds and was treated like a nobody.

Associates I encountered at the store were friendly and very helpful. One such associate noticed me looking for an item and asked if he could help me find several items I was looking for. I found the store very clean and very neat. The cashier Barbara was also very helpful encouraging me to apply for a Credit card which in turn saved me money.

Extremely poor customer service and when management is asked to step in, no apologies or acknowledgement of wrong doing.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. The store is clean. The employees are wonderful especially the cashier Luisa I. I do wish they would stock more products made in the USA.

The associates call their managers tools. Let's start there. They know the managers are useless and incompetent. The managers love passing customers off to other people and take no accountability for the store's and associates' mistakes. When there's a problem, it snowballs and no one bothers to apologize or show empathy or offer solutions. They managed to get measurements wrong, order the wrong flooring, delete parts of my measurement, and not show up to installation appointments. I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to go somewhere else and not shop here at this particular location. PS: Don't call your customers liars when they have documentation showing your associates messed up their orders.

Staff is cool, but many common items frequently out of stock compared to other Denver/Aurora locations which I visit.

Everyone at this store is helpful and nice. If you can't find something they will help you locate the product. If you're unsure what you need for a project they will help you figure it out. Overall it's the nicest Home Depot.

Customer service is not a priority for any of the ladies that stand around doing nothing in the customer service area.

Great store and I always find what I'm looking for and Great employees.

I live about 2 hours from any home depot and visit various stores as I'm in the area. Home depot is still my number 1 source for building and landscaping materials. This store is consistently below par on employees that know where things are and are knowledgeable in their area from what I generally experience at other stores. I would visit any other store if this one wasn't such access off I70 for me.
