Clean store nice people

This Store has amazing customer service the store i was previous at in Brighton was terrible wouldnt go to the back for an item or give me pricing on a mismarked item so i drove to this store and let me tell you its night and day. this stores staff helped me multiple times and never acted to busy to help. they also found my item and price matched them effectively. when i got to the cashier named Lori she listened to my frustration with the other store and helped me out she also was kind and attentive and the best part is i could tell it was genuine it was a conversation that she didnt have to listen to but did any way and fixed the problem i will be shopping at this store from now on and i would like to say thank you to all the staff and Lori for taking a crap day and turning it around :).

I have always received professional and friendly assistance when I needed it. For a single, senior woman that is always very appreciated. Thanks !

Awful store with awful associates

Associates are always friendly and polite. The store is clean and organized in a way that makes sense. I would like to see a larger array of plants and pots, but I prefer this store to many others I can travel to just as easily.

STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND USUALLY IS WELL STOCKED WITH NEEDED PRODUCTS

Clean and friendly associates at the front of the store but I came in for a single piece of lumber that I needed cut down and after an hour and 4 asks for someone to come help, I gave up. I found what I needed easily and people were nice but the intercom did not materialize anyone to help with the one thing I came in for.

The associate in garden dept was so helpful and friendly. He helped me with finding Ironite fertilizer and was nice enough also to look outside and in. DeonTAE helped me and so nicely offered to help me unload at my truck. THANK you , DeonTae! And the garden Dept looked nice and was well stocked with fall decorating plants. CYA, CB Carter

There was zero help and after a 15 minute wait and 2 different staff calling for help the person that showed up said he didn't know anything and if we wanted more information we would have to go online. Simply was asking about ceiling fans.

I shop there over 10 years and always found what i need

I have been going to this store for years. I always find what I'm looking for, it is well stocked. Very friendly employees.

No signage at the self checkout saying it was card only. Only apparent after items were checked out that it did not take cash. You people must really like to see customers waste their time. Further aggravated by an employee who pointed at the computer on the payment type, which only shows up AFTER items are scanned and ready to check out, to just go stand in line to pay cash at another register.

Associates friendly and helpful

Julian in the Lumber Dept went out of his way to help me. I have mobility issues and had a hard time finding the fence posts - with the dimensions I was looking for. I asked 3 Associates for help before one of them asked Julian to help me. I was very appreciative of his calm demeanor and patience with me.
