I am a frequent shopper at this home depot and typically enjoy my experience. However, today was a very different experience. After waiting 10 minutes to get into the store, when I got in there were no lumber carts available. When I asked a store employee for assistance, I was informed to get a cart from outside and then wait in line to come back in. On top of this, there was a single line for everyone to check out. This was very unwise as all the large carts were blocking the main walkway obstructing aisles and other shoppers. Hopefully they can resolve these issues.

It is not fair that these reviews reflect the whole store something should be done for individual Associates I witnessed two of your Associates time to stop a shoplyfter this morning but they cannot do nothing they cannot stop the shoplifter which is pretty sad I understand it is for their safety but then something else should be done where were the associates from the other departments where was security .??? !!!!!!!!

I've shopped at a lot of Home Depots but this one ranks up close to the top! Great customer service from Alexis & John on my appliance purchase. I highly recommend them!!

Very good services

I give the Home Depot store in North Aurora near Green Valley Ranch five stars. I buy a lot of things there--plants and gardening supplies, lumber, tools, painting supplies, major appliances for the house--you name it. I could spend hours in a single trip just looking at all the great things they carry. It is also very easy to place orders on-line and pick them up at the store. They now have lockers just inside the front doors if you are in a hurry to grab your order and go. The sales floor associates have always been very helpful to me by offering advice, pointing me in the right direction, or loading up the purchases into my truck for me.

I needed a sheet of pricee 3/4" Birch plywood cut into 4 pcs. The cutsaw blade was so dull that it burned the cut edges, made sliver burrs on the underside of the cut and tripped the circuit breaker 2 times. The HD agent knew how to operate the saw competently and did so.

store is always clutterd and hard to walk through easily. Hard to find employees thats willing to help or even just say hi, welcome to home depot. turn over is high. always seeing new faces with few older crew. this location keeps going downhill.

Lack of product and personell . Major mistskes in amount ofcharges.

I really recommend this store for everybody, you will find everything you need in this store, and everyone in this store is very helpful and kind.

Checked on line for simple garden hose quick connect, yes 21 in stock. At store none available! Ordered on line for store pick-up, at store half order canceled. Found part in another local store but they WOULD NOT send part to my store without a charge even though it was their vault for not keeping inventory updated!!!! Quote: the computer won’t let us do that because it shows we have 21 here. Throw away the friggin computer and help your customers idiots!!!!!!!!!

Great experience and customer service from Melanie in the Flooring Department! I live in California - but was ordering flooring for a second home in Denver - so, was doing a combination of shopping at my local Home Depot - but ordering from the Aurora store. Melanie and the support staff from the Home Depot HOM Solutions was excellent - from getting the measurements through setting up the installation - the service was flawless.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at this store.

There is dust and dirt on all the display tools and lawn mowers. Every time I go in they are trying to restock shelves, leaving pallets and boxes crowding the aisles. I am inconveniencing them trying to shop there when they are open. Unfortunately this is the only home improvement store close to my jobsite.

Terrible Customer Service!!!! When I experienced a problem it took 2 days to talk to the store manager. When finally contacted by Store Manager she was no help and refused to give District-Regional Manager Info. I have shopped for years at many Home Depots. I have never encountered anything like this. My suggestion would be to avoid this Home Depot at all costs. Driving further will save you frustrations and time!!!

I like this store because the customer service is great and employees are available to assist when needed. Also, the store is organized and kept clean. Kudos to the employees.

Do your self a favor, and go to another location. This staff is rude, the store is dirty, and they are unorganized. I am a huge Home Depot fan, but this location is a train wreck.

I have found this store to be good shopping experience. I can normally find what I am looking for, if not heip is usually nearby. I have found the store to be clean and orderly and the employees are always helpful. I prefer to shop here verse other stores in Denver.

Almost Always has what I need but if they don’t customer service is quick to tell you what store does have it

This store is definitely my favorite location. The staff is helpful and even when busy they will acknowledge and politely tell you they will be with you in a moment. They are always asking individuals if they are finding everything they need in the store. The majority of Home Depot locations in the area are friendly and well maintained but I particularly favor location #1151 in Aurora.
