I've always gotten help from clerks. Sometimes beyond what was expected. Already know I will be back near or after Christmas to buy a new christmas tree.

It would be helpful if HD would except Co drivers licences that have veteran indication for discounts VS. VIC cards. When one goes to get a VIC card the site states that if you have a drivers license that calls you out as a veteran you do not need one.

The store location is convenience,can find mostly all the stuffs, the store is cleand,the staffs are nice and friendly

Unless you are shopping in the kitchen area and see Pam or Jaden don't bother, Adam assistant store manager is a non caring person. Don't ask for him. I bought a fridge, 4 days later it quit working. I was told by Adam after 48 hrs there is no return. Compressor went out and they wanted me to sit for 2 weeks without one. Thanks to Pam, and her caring, we are back up and running. Gave me a loaner until the new one comes in. Thank you Pam!

This is the best home depot in aurora to shop at, I've never seen it crowded, cashier lines are always short, 1-2 people, friendly and helpful staff.

Nice employees.. great location and easy to get in and out of parking lot with trailer.

store is clean and neat as much as a home depot can be. always find items that we are looking for and some that we are not. staff are always friendly and helpful.

If you are requiring assistance of any kind here don't bother coming in. If I could give this location a zero star I would. Customers are using employee computers, it's messy, and the employees are to busy hanging around with their friends to help out. Sad disappointment to say the least as I have been to other Home Depot's and found them to be a great place to shop at.

Not enough employees. Called for help in the department twice. Waited over 20 minutes - no help. I had to call for the manager to get assistance. Manager resented being called and had a bad attitude. Terrible manager - terrible store.

This store is close to my home and everyone is very helpful.

The flooring department at this store is extremely rude undertrained out of stock of almost everything in sample form. Is also prone to overcharging people on quotes and not saying anything unless you catch at yourself make sure you check your receipts and ask for proof of everything.

Found what I was looking for in the store. Plenty in stock. Easy check out. Good parking too.

Poor experience went in to buy a product stocked when th the “paper cards” because the item is kept secured completed the purchase after the cashier informed us of the item being in stock only to find it was not in stock. Then had to wait in the return line staffed with 6 cashiers helping 2 customers at a time

This store location #1551 is my favorite, always find what I am looking for. Knowledgeable and friendly employees specially at customer service desk.

I would recommend the store based solely on selection & prices. If you need to have friendly, helpful service, then find another Home Depot. I need to shop a lot since I work in Construction as a Safety Manager. I only go here due to it's closeness to our current jobsite. 75% of my visits have been saddening due to some serious attitude & unhelpful issues by the staff.

Silver spring location is the best

I find the lay out of this store odd. I dont understand why you would have light bulbs so far away from the switches. They're on opposite ends of the store. Additionally I find many interactions between employees to be unprofessional. Ive had numerous issues finding employees to assist me. I find the shelves are disorganized. Overall this store clearly needs a team leader to take hold and change the way this place is ran.
