Clean organized store, with most items always in stock. Have never had an issue finding what I need, or the helpful staff to find it with me. Also, may I mention that I was overly impressed with the employees of customer service on my last visit Cindy and Maida. Kudos to you both for your attentive friendly attitude, and professional energy. I never write reviews but as a business manager, and frequent customer of several of the home depot locations for our job needs, I was impressed! A+ to the staff of Salem NH for the Best Home depot experience!

Great place to shop with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. They always have the items i need and are very well stocked.

This tends to be a very busy store yet things flow smoothly. Sales associates are very helpful and willing to answer your questions and address your concerns. Well stocked and clean.

Home Depot is my go to store for any of the items they carry.

This is the 2nd time I've been treated poorly at this store when I was spending $1000 in tools.

Amazing employees specially Albert who helped us in the kitchen appliance section with washer / dryer and refrigerator

Purchased a refrigerator with icemaker, the refrigerator arrived with no ice maker. Called the store and had the issue resolved same day. The delivery company was excellent.

Compared to another MA location, the Salem, NH store Floor Associates (& Cashier's) are positive & friendly! They went out of their way to assist me find the items I was looking for & were available to help, as well!!

The electric sander I bought was defective and used. Employees knew nothing about the product I bought, checkout person acted like she hated her job, return person in customer service had no interest in my complaint.

This store does not show any concern fir its customers and the social distancing recommendation of the state of new hampshire

I had a GREAT experience at this Home Depot! Went in to buy a Washer & Dryer. What I wanted was Out of Stock. Alberto suggested other alternatives that were comparable that I ultimately purchased. He went above and beyond and, in general, was just a super and very personable man. If you have appliance needs, want a good price and want a wonderful person to help you . . . Alberto is the man!!!
