Love their colorful selection of flowers, also pavers and all that is needed to get your weekend project going. This is just a lil area I wanted to fix up with plants, River rock, pavers and top soil from my Home Depot store. Next I will purchase stepping stones and smaller rocks for walkway next to this garden bed.

Francisco at the paint department was very helpful and kind to answer questions and savvy of knowledge about products I needed

I was unsure about the size of window unit to buy. Manuel helped me pick the 8000 btu. I'm so lucky he came up to me and offered to help. If I would have bought the 5000 btu unit, it would have been to small.

I have been able to have the exact color match for my exterior paint. This makes painting so much easier.

The attendants at this location were very helpful.

We bought a washer and dryer and Edwardo was super helpful and kind.

Instead of an employee asking if i needed help i was followed to the garden area instead . ( i actually needed help but never insisted in helping)

Rented a mini skid as I rented before from another Home Depot. I selected NO to additional protection, when dropping off was not happy that I then notices an additional $48 was added on for protection. I also was automatically charged for a gas fee $30 extra bucks. Manager had to come to give me the $30 credit and that’s when I question the additional $48 added on. Told the manager I selected NO protection but he told me they are required to add it on automatically with all larger equipment. Told him I rented this same machine from another Home Depot and never had the protection added on. You think the cashier should say, HEY I see you selected no for the extra protection but we highly recommended it… not just automatically sneak it on and hope no one notices. And for the manager to lie to me and say it’s there policy to automatically add it on even thought I selected NO. Shady…

I've always enjoyed going to this particular Home Depot every single representative is courteous and helpful

I ordered a piece of a counter top-THAD was great and went to bat for me with the Stone rep-I had a water fall counter made but did not have the face done-when I was ready the STONE people denied this-I waited a few years and THAD called them again and they said "yes." My purchcase was over $2000---not good to say "no" the first time

Walk in and no greeting and i was looking for an item and no one to be found seem like everyone was hidden from customers site. I finally found the item i was looking for and no greeting at self check out very disappointing

Whatever I need for my customers’ job, Home Depot has me covered. This location also has a Tool Rental which is definitely a plus.

Always get what's needed when I need it, either in the store or on -line. The free delivery is one of the best things Home Depot has going! Retired, sometimes I need a small order and it gets it to me, often on the same day. Like the old Hardware Stores of the west, That is so special,

I purchased a Whirlpool washer and guess what, it has already broken down! Stopped in Middle of a cycle and nothing I can do to get it restarted. I'll be going to the Sunset location this morning and finding out who I should contact to get it repaired or right now I would say replaced ! Yuk!

Out of a multitude of HD stores I frequent, I find this store to be more friendly with desire to assist than any other ... must have good management sense!

Very friendly people ready to help. Knowledgeable as to where I could find what I was looking for.

I shop at this store regularly and it is always a great experience. The shelves are well stocked and the associate's are always helpful. I especially like the garden department. The garden department at #6544 Alamo Height's is the best in San Antonio and the garden associate, Tony, is always so helpful.

The people that work in this store are very helpful.

Always check your receipts for proper payment or purchase amounts before you leave the store! It can cause a major problem on how much you're actually paying or how many items you're being charged for.! Other than that, a great store that needs more floor personnel!

So many times I go online and do my research, and then go to the store. I can honestly say that this Home Depot is my favorite store in all of San Antonio! They keep it very clean, and very stocked up. I run a business and so I depend on them to have things from 6a.m. to 10 p.m., and I have never been disappointed here. The workers are always asking me if I need help, and are not afraid to come help if I ask for it. From the front registers, to the back warehouse....Thank you all for being such a great store! I will keep driving across town to visit your store.

Recently I needed a group of flourescent bulbs for replacement. I could not find a sales person in the dept so I began the search myself. When I located the item I had a question so I found a representative. He said he'd help me in a minute and walked away. I waited for awhile and finally went to the information desk. When you go to the Info desk there is usually a lady there and when asked they always seem happy to help...and they're nice about it. A young representative walked back with me, answered my questions, helped locate my products, and when one seemed out of stock she located it for me at a nearby store! I have had this same scenario happen almost everytime I go into Home Depot...I now go find a lady sales rep for they don't seem to dodge or hide from the female shopper! They find my products and I'm gone. This store is just short on sales personnel or many of the male reps just don't like helping lady clients. It incredibly convenient but I drive to another because of the service.
