I had looked online for a washer and dryer. This Home Depot has nice and helpful people working there.

Hector was a great help in locating some hardware I needed. He proactively assisted me, after seeing my hands were full with two toddlers and that I was struggling to manage the two them and look for the hardware at the same time. It was nice to see an employee with initiative to help us.

People range from helpful amd friendly to liars. I needed wood cut. The guy refused and said it was against safety regulations l….before even seeing what I needed cut…and I could do it myself…that was what the cutting station was for….a nice woman passed and did it for us, NO PROBLEM!!! The guy obviously didnt want to work…he didnt care if i was there all day sawing poles…no problem for him!! If people dont want to work, they shouldnt collect a check…terrible!!!

Place is one of the more brutal stores they have, workers are friendly but if you need help with anything you’re on your own. Enjoy the wait in line, managers not willing to help in store customers when online deals undermine their purchases

Everything is always easy to find. Store is alway presentable and clean.

I selected several items for purchase in the garden center. I took the items to the register in the garden center. One of the items I selected had no price and no barcode. I hadn't noticed there was no price until the cashier was ringing up the items. She was extremely annoyed there was no barcode on it. "You're going to have to get another one." I suggested she look it up. "I don't know what it is, so I can't look it up." I told her the plants are called-hen and chickens. She glared at me and repeated her previous statement. She was completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service and made it extremely clear that my presence was incredibly annoying to her. I paid for the items that had already been rung up and went to speak to a member of management who stated he was disappointed in the employee's behavior and would discuss the incident with her. He suggested I complete a survey of my visit which I did.

I have bought several types of items in the past keep coming back since I am never disappointed

Kaitlyn in Lumber has great customer service, but felt like Garden has alota trip hazards

trying to buy spackling - 28 in stock per website; nope and employee is not helpful; bought similar product but had to return it; maybe DAP has changed labels and identifying information?

The politeness of the staff was amazing.

Whether I am shopping in person or online, curbside pickup, all area are great. The employees are extremely helpful and kind and knowledgeable! The store is clean and well organized as well!

I enjoy going into the Home Depot to purchase all my items needed for my home and my job due to the satisfactory of the customer service given at the pro desk. Sonia is always helpful and always treat us like family. We enjoy coming to this Home Depot due to the fact that her customer service is always above and beyond and we are very thankful for her and her service.

The level of customer engagement at this store compared to the six other Home Depots I shop in the area make every visit feel as though they are "doing something special or provide service that was “above and beyond” your expectations".

I had a recall on my lawn mower. I brought it in they looked it up and told me how sorry that this happen and then took it and helped me find a new one. !

I unfortunately grabbed wrong size air filter. Figured it would be safe to bring the item in and do an even price exchange for the correct size. The young lady working the desk refused to do exchange or give me enough credit to get the equivalent filter. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every single time I go there the customer service is great no problem getting help

I've never had such a horrible experience. Usually there's not enough employees in the store, but this store had a lot of employees and they were literally hiding or walking away to avoid customers. Only 2 employees, over 50 yrs of age, were friendly, efficient & helpful. Otherwise, it was a disgusting display.

Venus was very helpful when I needed help at the service desk. Very pleasant too!
