I've never had such a horrible experience. Usually there's not enough employees in the store, but this store had a lot of employees and they were literally hiding or walking away to avoid customers. Only 2 employees, over 50 yrs of age, were friendly, efficient & helpful. Otherwise, it was a disgusting display.

Venus was very helpful when I needed help at the service desk. Very pleasant too!

Venus went out of her way to help me with my return. She has a very pleasant personality and makes me want to come back….over and over again!

Today, I was approached by an employee that was extremely professional, very willing to help and stayed with me the entire time filling my list of wanted items. His name was Clarence, and he made my visit very short and sweet and located everything I needed. Hat's off to Clarence.

I waited for over 39 minutes for someone to help make a simple key. No one showed up and the person that did over to help didn’t know how to use the machine and my keys didn’t work.

Needed help finding price of a plant. 3 employees went above and beyond. A young man stocking ( was a night shift employee, not dressed in HD clothing). Super nice young man, wish I had his name. And also Naomi and Mgr, Ruben in Customer Service were very helpful in getting a price for the plant. Thank you!

Clarence in the lumber department went above, beyond and out of his way to help me today. Not only did he excel at his job with me today, this guy can multitask efficiently, and effectively! I overheard him on a call with another patron, and he displayed nothing but, kindness, respect, and a vast knowledge of your store and products. This employee is A+++ in my book. He made a challenging situation very easy for me today. Thank you Clarence! My house now has gutters that work! ❤️

Albert in plumbing helped me today, 15 January, 2023. This is the second time he's helped me. He's very helpful, knowledgeable and takes his time to help me. I wish that he was there for all of my needs.

After 30 years of old grouch you have to beg for help, a smiling face asked if I needed help! I was blown away! Fantastic service from Michelle in the doors area ..

This home depot was my 2nd stop shopping for a Christmas tree for our new home... first location wanted $160+for the same tree, 2ft taller and paid half of what the first locetion wanted... It's going to be a good Christmas for my wife and grandkids...

Christmas Tree lot closed for associates to unload the tree truck. That in itself was not an issue. Issue was that customers were told the lot would reopen in 1 hr. Two hrs later lot still closed and associates were not sure that they would reopen.

I needed to replace my faucet fixture and do some tub work. I was assisted by Jackie was was very friendly, informative, and answered all my questions! She made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project/repair!

I bought some tools today 09/22/22 and associate3 Cornell helped me sign up for a card gave me good luck because I wasn’t really in the mood for it but came out really great. Went above and beyond call the service for me and all just thank him for me!

I was in the middle of installing several sets of mini blinds and had to make a trip to find an electric screwdriver. All the associates were great and really helped me find everything I needed and suggesting other items that would help my project, which I did purchase. Thank god because it helped my project easier and faster to complete.

So energetic and work friendly banter. Absolutely loved having her help me.

I have brought several items at this location from yard tools, plants and lawn mower, weed eater and power washer. I’m supper satisfied
