I was promptly helped by knowledgeable and patient staff members namely Ruben in the plumbing department.

I was looking for a hedge or bush that was not small but not too big. I found one that was a bit expensive but then located another that was the perfect size and good price. I was also able to find a broom that I was not expecting to buy, but found the quality and price too good to pass up.

The employees at My Home Depot on Sunset are friendly and very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys. And yes, will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family...

Dave, the kichen consultant, was very knowledgeable about countertops. He helped us with our order, understanding each detail that needed to be addressed, and giving realistic advice on how specific items would work. Much easier process than we expected.

Associates not very helpful. These two associates seemed unconcerned to move or help me. They did not seem busy. No greeting, no caring, just the bare minimum and then I had to pry it out of them as if I was bothering them.

My visit to your store was the highlight of my day! I quickly and easily found every tool, supply, and material, I need to dig, cut, clear, and replace my seriously impacted sewage system! And with three nearly grown (thank god and my shotgun) teen girls and my beautiful long haired wife in the house, this task is gonna be bad to say the least! Your smiling, cheerful, and extremely helpful sales associates and floor staff allowed me to leave the store with a laugh and smile and a much better attitude about what lie ahead! BEHR Premium Plus Medium Base Enamel Interior Paint was not available in FLAT in a 5-Gallon container. Other than that, It was a great experience.

I'm a Maintenance Manager of a nearby Hotel and this store is my safety net for all kinds of daily issues I run into. Whether it's a specific size of nut, screw or anything else we need on short notice to keep our Hotel running, this home depot is right around the corner and has what we need.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Home Dept, the Associate who helped us get our garage was very helpful.

my issue was with customer service, I purchased a product on the daily special to discover the next day they dropped the price an additional 35 dollars when I went to get the price difference I waited 2 hours and still had no resolution when the simplest thing would of been to give me a store credit for the difference and I would of purchased other items that I needed. they asked me to come back the following day but the price was only good through that day. I had to place a second order to ensure the price was locked in and have been trying to call and cancel the original order. after two calls and being put on hold for 10 minutes each time I was hung up on now that I've called a third time I've been on hold for nearly 20 minutes with no answer. overall customer service is poor at this location.

Ruben from plumbing was the only associate on the floor and assisted me with a non-plumbing issue across the store. He is a diamond amongst rocks! Big kudos to Ruben!

They never have 3 packs of all the AC filters I need. Nothing is ever in stock they always have to go to upper shelves for my size

My credit card was recently hacked, unfortunately it happened right after I made a nearly $800.00 purchase at Home Depot. (Home Depot was not responsible for the hack this time>) When we went to install the lights one box was not what we needed so we returned them to the store. Virginia was the manager on duty at the time and she was extremely helpful as the refund was not going through. We spent over an hour with representatives from depot to include citi bank who is in control of your returns, the gentleman from citi bank declined to allow me a refund not even a store credit due to the suspicious activity surrounding my card. Finally we were emailed forms and told to come back in a few days. Friday we returned new manager Trina who was also very nice and helpful, another hour at the store speaking with corporate no one could figure out why in spite of the fact we had a receipt and the old and new credit card that we were not even being allowed a store credit let alone a refund to my account. On Tuesday we received a call from Home Depot in Atlanta stating we could come in to get refund. Arrived at store and still would not go through, the manager Kendra came over and she was neither helpful nor nice, she was mean and rude and accused me of everything from credit card theft to taking advantage of Home Depot return policy. Finally after speaking to corporate she was able to get me a store credit, I asked why and she told me since I closed my account that was the best she could do I reminded her the account was not closed only the card number had changed, she then said since she had already given me store credit she could not reverse it, I told her I thought that was poor customer service and she said too bad, and walked away. The amount was over $200.00. You post a sign bragging about your easy return policy but in this case even though I had my receipt you did not make it easy and I was treated terribly by Kendra. Lowes is looking pretty darn good about now.

Home Depot is conveniently located for me. There is always some one to help me, when I can't find what I'm looking for and even make suggestions. I've even bought Appliances here on Black Friday at an excellent price. I find that Home Depot has the best prices for what I need as well.

The store is huge but a lady sale person help us out right away. Then at the end a man sale person help us finish up what we needed.

The Home Depot stores are very customer friendly. I shop here quite frequently because I always find the products I need. I also enjoy the nursery and the trees at Christmas time.
