I purchased a toilet advertised on sale for $285 instead of the regular $379. I was at self checkout and took the employee with me to show him the two signs showing the sale price and the product name. He said that was old and could not honor it. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said it would be a while as he was out to lunch. I was in a rush to make an appointment, so I took pictures of the signs. Eventually I will go back and fight with the manager.

This is one of the few times I have been in 6621. Every associate I spoke to greeted me and offered help. RC in plumbing was outstanding with his knowledge of components to make my all important toilet woek properly.

I have knee problems. Matt Sylve assisted me with filling up a flat cart and two regular shopping carts with garden plants and dirt. I felt like he understood my knee pain, and he gave me personalized service.

I was looking for a Rubber Garbage Can with matching Lid and was directed right to it and found exactly what I was looking for. The was an array of choices too. The lady who directed me to where they were was very helpful.

The employees do not know how to use their own computers and equipment. Every time i come here the line is backed up simply due to the ignorance of functioning a read, point, and click system. EVERY SINGLE TIME. NEVER FAILS.

Everytime I visit, I get help I need and team on the floor is cheerful and willing to help. Store is well organized and clean.

The employees here lack basic and common customer service abilities. The employees act entitled as if your time doesn’t matter. Broken registers all day long

Horrible experience your left here like a bone head in the aisle. No one assist if so they say “ let me get an associate” “I don’t work this department “ also online say that product on hand where 12 when I got to store they don’t have anything of what I were looking. How do they don’t have the weather heater I needed but says that this store had 12 online. This place is a joke!! No customer service.

Has my first time in this location great size store really big lots of choices for everything but I was really pleased with all the service I got, I had two gift cards I wanted to check the balance there was a gentleman out of register who is not a cashier he was checking something and he just walked away from it and when I called him and asked him how I could check the balance of my gift cards he was more than happy to help me he was very nice did not make me feel like I was disturbing what he was doing in order to help me. The lady who checked me out her name was Aileen she was also very helpful and friendly this store has alot more associates readily available to help you. A lot of my experiences at the San Carlos and East Palo Alto locations have been just absolutely ridiculous from very rude mouse smart mouth cashier's to nobody being available for 15-20 minutes to ask a question to or to help assist you it's crazy I've waited 30 minutes 40 minutes for someone to come open a tool display have a key made etc I wish this location was closer to me so I could go to that Home Depot every time instead of the ones that are near me. Great job to everybody who works there thank you!!!!!!

We are so grateful for all the help provided on our trip to Home Depot. Jason and Maria made our trip so quick and easy by loading all our wood onto our cart and prepping our paint.

Bought a garage door opener and needed some help and got a gentleman there who not only assisted me with the product but had very good recommendations on what to buy. I ended up buying one of the newest models of the Chamberlain bell drive openers.

It's so "expected" these days to experience terrible customer service at large chain retail stores due to understaffing and inventory issues, that it's such a joy to give a compliment where it's totally due. I had lost a nylon zippered pouch containing a dozen or so Home Depot customer project receipts that I hadn't yet had a chance to make copies of for my client records. A customer service supervisor named ** Ally ** SAVED MY DAY by expertly resolving my situation by recreating the lost receipts using the purchasing credit card. She had THE most uncommonly outstanding professional attitude coupled with GENUINE human compassion that I have ever yet experienced from a supervisor at a retail store! I found the other staff at this store to most regularly be very helpful as well, but supervisor Ally is truly a rockstar!

Brandon was so kind and helpful with assisting me in looking for the right bug spray.

Hyades in tool rental provided customer service that far exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident that I had the best tool for my patio project needs. She was knowledgeable and patient. She had a do whatever it takes attitude to ensure I was able to rent the tools I needed even if it was at a different HD location. She helped facilitate every step. I will be going to HD for all my home improvement projects.

Briana did a great job looking up inventory for a product not on the store shelf. She had a pallet brought down from the top of a rach and provided superior customer service and effort

Brianne had an issue with walking 20 feet down an aisle and could not read the Home Depot item description and locate the item because wasn’t wearing her glasses and couldn’t see the tag… she stated that I should have walked over to her and that I made her walk over to me and After I explained that my question was on the sticker affixed to the display that is when she made the rude comments about not being able to read the sticker because she wasn’t wearing her glasses…she was basically mad that she had to walk over to me and refused to help by refusing to read the HomeDepot sticker description. I told her to forget it and asked another store associate. Jorge assistant wasn’t much help…

I find it sad that the home Depot requires me to get an app in order to get my military discount. Looks like their need for marketing dollars has outweighed their loyalty to people that serve this country.

Paway and Ginger were very helpful when trying to get my item on top packed shelf. Even though it took me one hour to look for help and get my pot because of the shortage of staff, I felt satisfied with their effort to assist me.

Maria the sales clerk was fantastic and she should be recognized for her work inside the store if it had not been for her I would have been there much longer

I went in today to search for a tree for my family. I was greeted immediately by Brandon, and he was genuinely wanting to me find the right tree that fit the price range that I had as well. He trimmed and cut the tree as well as helped tie down on the hood of my car since I didnt know how to.
