I purchased a toilet advertised on sale for $285 instead of the regular $379. I was at self checkout and took the employee with me to show him the two signs showing the sale price and the product name. He said that was old and could not honor it. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said it would be a while as he was out to lunch. I was in a rush to make an appointment, so I took pictures of the signs. Eventually I will go back and fight with the manager.

Don't trust the online tracking system if it tells you there's an item in the store. The website said there were 16 of what I needed. There wasn't even 1.

I like this particular location (Capitol Expressway, San Jose) because they are generally provide better customer service than other locations. I was at a different location yesterday and waited 20 minutes for someone to cut sm shades for me and when that person arrived, they helped a different customer that had showed up in the isle 15 minutes after me. It was a total joke. Capitol Expressway usually offers assistance right away, and they are friendly. I appreciate the staff at the customer service desk (handling returns!) and the paint reps at great too! I highly recommend this store over almost all others!

Excellent support opening a Home Depot account

My experience at Home Depot Capital expressway was amazing.I came here to look for ranch, washer and dryer. When I was looking around at the show room Debbie came up to me and asked if I need help, she took her time to go over my options. She was very friendly and helpful . I ended up to purchase all three items.

Any and every time I or my handyman need anything, it is always a trip to Home Depot. My preferred place to shop.

I purchased a washer and dryer and Casandra was very helpful and through with delivery options and completing the transaction.

Terrific assistance and very knowledgeable employees.

I needed a new microwave and went in and Casandra offered to help me and showed me displays and looked up several microwaves to help me find the right one. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went into the store to ask about the "Buy a Tool, Get a Battery Free" Milwaukee promo, only to have the store supervisor dismiss me, claiming it was online only—even though the website clearly showed it as available in-store. They had zero interest in helping, let alone making the sale or honoring what Home Depot is advertising. Completely unacceptable.

The assistant manager, Khristina is a true leader and problem solver, I was greeted warmly with a smile and a positive attitude. It’s important that someone is willing to listen and take charge, problem solved and another happy customer! It was a good day at Home Depot

This store location has very good customer care, from the Pro Desk to the Customer Service they always strive to make things right.

Worst management ever!!

Robert was very helpful. He spend time with us in online purchase of our needed appliances. He explained every detail of how we could get a good deal. Ultimately, we purchased our needed appliances very smoothly. Just waiting for it to be delivered. Home Depot is the best in town.

This store is well supply

Have used this store alot - we have done some home remodel and my contractor was able to get the items he needed to complete the job. Everyone was so helpful both to him and me when we had any questions.

This is the second Fridge that I have bought so far, and I like them all.

I go there 7 times a week, the lumber carts is a little very difficult to find it or you must wait for customers unloading and you get it . I prefer store should have more lumber carts and flat carts.

Employees in the appliance department were great, bought a washing machine and everything was simple and fast.

This is one of the few times I have been in 6621. Every associate I spoke to greeted me and offered help. RC in plumbing was outstanding with his knowledge of components to make my all important toilet woek properly.

I have knee problems. Matt Sylve assisted me with filling up a flat cart and two regular shopping carts with garden plants and dirt. I felt like he understood my knee pain, and he gave me personalized service.

I was looking for a Rubber Garbage Can with matching Lid and was directed right to it and found exactly what I was looking for. The was an array of choices too. The lady who directed me to where they were was very helpful.

The employees do not know how to use their own computers and equipment. Every time i come here the line is backed up simply due to the ignorance of functioning a read, point, and click system. EVERY SINGLE TIME. NEVER FAILS.

Everytime I visit, I get help I need and team on the floor is cheerful and willing to help. Store is well organized and clean.

The employees here lack basic and common customer service abilities. The employees act entitled as if your time doesn’t matter. Broken registers all day long

Horrible experience your left here like a bone head in the aisle. No one assist if so they say “ let me get an associate” “I don’t work this department “ also online say that product on hand where 12 when I got to store they don’t have anything of what I were looking. How do they don’t have the weather heater I needed but says that this store had 12 online. This place is a joke!! No customer service.

Has my first time in this location great size store really big lots of choices for everything but I was really pleased with all the service I got, I had two gift cards I wanted to check the balance there was a gentleman out of register who is not a cashier he was checking something and he just walked away from it and when I called him and asked him how I could check the balance of my gift cards he was more than happy to help me he was very nice did not make me feel like I was disturbing what he was doing in order to help me. The lady who checked me out her name was Aileen she was also very helpful and friendly this store has alot more associates readily available to help you. A lot of my experiences at the San Carlos and East Palo Alto locations have been just absolutely ridiculous from very rude mouse smart mouth cashier's to nobody being available for 15-20 minutes to ask a question to or to help assist you it's crazy I've waited 30 minutes 40 minutes for someone to come open a tool display have a key made etc I wish this location was closer to me so I could go to that Home Depot every time instead of the ones that are near me. Great job to everybody who works there thank you!!!!!!
