Store associates are very friendly and there is always someone there to ask questions or to find the location of something. Very clean, hospitable, and making my purchase was very fast and easy. There was barely any wait time in line.

Easy to find materials and the items are available.

I have a project at home and I went to Home Depot to find the right bit I need. I was not sure and I looked for a store associate. It took some time to find and locate one but once I found the right associate, my problem was solved. I found the bit for the type of surface.

Like most people, I've shopped at Home Depot for years. The San Jose store is in my neighborhood which makes the location convenient. I can always find my items or the team at the Pro desk makes recommendations on where best to find my item even if at a different stores such as Lowes or Orchards. I will appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help me.

Needed help with finding the right material and equipment to mount a tv stand. After looking around myself I knew I was lost on what I needed. I've never had to mount heavy furniture. I spotted an sales associate and asked for assistant. Not only did he help me find what I needed but also told me how to mount. I went home and successfully did it!

Very friendly workers who are always willing to help me find items with no hesitation. I did renovations to my house on a budget utilizing expect advice and recommendations from their experienced personnel which saved me good money. I love coming to this store.

For the majority of your needs this HD supplies the basics of what you need and sometimes may not have what they say they have in stock, but overall they can be relied on. When it comes to more specific things like specific metric bolts most HD's dont have what you'll need. There are other things as well but thats why you have online ordering and other options.

Very clean store, I was able to use the self checkout without any problems. I was in a hurry and able to get in and out quickly. Associates answered my questions readily.

The only trouble that I have with any shopping that I do is, that I have health problems that make walking difficult sometimes. I take advantage of mobility scooters when available. I do not have any complaints about shopping at The Home Depot. I would not get nearly as much done with out them!

The Store overall, was very clean and organized the day I shopped at the store. I was in and out and the staff there made it easy for me to find things and assist me with the items I needed. As a Realtor, at times we need to make trips to a Home Depot and when you find the right store that helps you right away, it makes it easy to come back with no doubts. My order for 4 pallets of stepping stone was really easy to make and everyone was really helpful but the time of the delivery needs to be specified. We just sat at home waiting for the delivery to come and the phone #s on the receipt were no help.

Had a blocked drain at the start of the long weekend, really needed to clear it and a plumber was going to be expensive and probably not available. Went to the Home Depot. Joe on the rental counter was super helpful, listened to the issue, picked out the right size snake. He walked me though exactly how to use it and helped me load it in my car. Two hours later I had the blockage cleared (I think it was a tree root though the pipe) and was back to Home Depot. Turned what was looking like a difficult weekend into an easy fix. thanks Joe!

It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for. I came in looking for light bulbs. I had a question about the differences in brightness (lumens) It didn't take long to find someone when I had a question. The person who had helped me was informative and was able to give me a good example of the difference between 180 and 195 lumens.

Items are in a logical place. Items are usually what I actually need to get the job done. I get less frustrated with Home Depot than the competitors.

Store was clean and aisles are well organised. Wanted to start with the gardening and I found everything under 3 aisles. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the staff were helpful in assisting. I would gladly recommend this store and I would visit again!!

Sale rep was excellent and had a great purchasing experiences, now the issue i'm having is the delivery scheduling. I never got a phone call day prior to give me a 4 hour window so i know when to take off work, Called all day got the same answer to call back, called back 4 times and still don't have my delivery time. If i knew this i would have gone else where to make the purchase.

The help I received from Caye in closet hard ware and Morris in Mil work and Vince as cashier in PRO were way in excess of what I reasonably expected.
