The associates are helpful and the store is clean. They could use extra help on the weekends

Despite my past experiences with other stores, my trip yesterday to this store was more than memorable. Maybe it was my lucky day since the weather was sooo hot, I lucked out with every single person I met here. They have a fantastic team of people here...Luc and the other nice person (I dont remember your name sorry) in the bathtub/flooring department, Marisa at the Pro Service desk, Jonathan the cashier, Kayo and another young man whom I don't remember name sorry again in the tiles section.. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me with my search for 2 bathtubs, a left and a right hand drain, who would have known this kind of things?!?!, thanks for being on the phone for what felt like an eternity of 30 minutes to order for me.. however it was later cancelled by Campbell store 'cause they didn't have it in stock...thanks for unloading 2 pallets of tiles just to find out if it was the right shiny glaze that I wanted...you guys are awesome! It's apparent you guys love what you do, work smoothly as a team and are extremely knowledgeable about your products! I commend all of you for your great works and wish that every customer walks in your store to have the same experience that I did!

Here's what gets me excited about writing this review: Jeff/Electrical is a real Pro who can tell you instantly if the electrical or lighting product is carried, in stock, and show you exactly where it is right away, saving me time and frustration looking for stuff all over the place, even though I am thoroughly familiar with electrical/lighting products. I've been using Home Depot stores as a professional electrician since 1995 in Southern and Northern California, never seen anyone as professional as Jeff. I also like very much the excellent employees at the Customer Service (Jayda, Michelle, others) and ProDesk (Ralph & Dane). When I occasionally need help with other departments, a lot of people are clueless about their own aisle. This is my honest unsolicited professional opinion -- which you can see for yourself -- and I am not connected in any way with any Home Depot employees anywhere and do not benefit in any way. I wish Home depot made it easy to text thumbs up or down fro each aisle and for each employee/store because they have name tags. I've meant to write a review for this store for several years but something else got me busy and I would forget (hence the texting suggestion).

The Capital Home Depot Pro Desk provides excellent Service. The Associates go above and beyond, they appreciate our business and take excellent care of our needs. I recommend this location over other bay area locations, where i found some home depot employees a bit "laid back". ***** Highly recommended.

Two gentlemen in the Electrical Department were both great one person was named Linh and I could not find the other gentleman to get his name (One helped yesterday and Linh helped today) Wow what a pleasure it is when someone actually comes up to you and asks if they could assist you and then go over their products so well and they both were so professional it was just a great experience. I found what I needed and the store was very well kept and I just want to say Thank you to them ! Good help is hard to come by and they are keepers !!!

This is for the plumbing Department, good luck trying to find the pieces you need in this pigsty. Also good luck trying to find someone to help you.

Anything you leave outside the store may be stolen. Security is only for employee shrinkage, so the security cameras information is closely guarded to protect the store,and never the customer.

This store actually had Steer Manure in stock unlike the Blossom Hill, San Jose store. Most of all, the lady at the exit counter in the garden center was one of the nicest and helpful people I've met. She had a foreign accent and I could tell that she was a genuinely caring employee of Home Depot. Will go back to this location. I wish I knew her name. She was most likely an immigrant, but I'm not great with different english accents. I hope she gets good recognition.

All employees are knowledgeable, well trained, and very helpful. Everyone goes the extra mile! I drive a little longer to come to the store close to Capital Expressway Auto Mall because I always have a pleasant experience.

Associagte Craig provided outstanding customer service in helping me find the faucet part. He demonstrated good work knowledge, extreme patience, excellent customer communication skills, all of which made my shopping experience at Home Depot very unforgetable.

Liliana (Lilly), Kayo, and Luis are terrific! Wonderful representatives of Home Depot! I'll be a lifetime customer because of them. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful throughout my visit. Thanks for the great and amazing help.

Store associates are very friendly and there is always someone there to ask questions or to find the location of something. Very clean, hospitable, and making my purchase was very fast and easy. There was barely any wait time in line.

Easy to find materials and the items are available.

I have a project at home and I went to Home Depot to find the right bit I need. I was not sure and I looked for a store associate. It took some time to find and locate one but once I found the right associate, my problem was solved. I found the bit for the type of surface.
