I was with my son shopping for wood and materials for his boyscout Eagle project. Employees here are pleasant and know where things are stocked on the shelves when asked. The assistant manager and Jon were very helpful helping us checking out at the checkout. This Homedepot location is definitively my location to always go to.

The associates were very friendly. Received assistance checking o it from Lauren and her service was nothing less than great.

This store has one of the most complete inventories in the area. The staff is also super friendly and very helpful. I am going to try to shop at this location more even though it is not the closest to me.

The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because of how wonderful the manager that reached out was. We had a poor experience with an employee and he was very apologetic and seemed sincere. He went above and beyond to make things better. I also noticed that he seemed to be encouraging and kind to his employees which is refreshing to see. He informed me that they’re working on sensitivity training, at the moment I think I’ll take a break from this store but I’m hopeful that they can improve and i may return sometime in the future.

Need organizations please have some one check stock on shelves thank u.

The customer service is very bad I was there for about an hour and got no help not even a hello.

This location has the best customer service than any other in south San Jose. They are friendly and know their department well.

This is a great location with a lot of space and a well supplied Rental Equipment department. I been coming here for many years.

The best Home Depot store I've used over the years as a professional trade person. Jeff in the electrical is the best. Customer service and pro-desk are very good. Al in the building material is very good. Janet the manager is very good and knowledgeable. The store is in a convenient location near the 87 FWY with plenty of parking available. It's several of the HD employees that make this store consistently better than all other I've used over the years. Thank you!

I was super happy with the gal Daisy that helped me in the paint section. The clerks were very knowledgeable about where to find things. Loved the store. Clean and tidy and well decorated.

Great Customer Service. One of their cashiers is very exceptional and always has a smile on her face. Definitely will come back to this store.

My experience with the Appliance department was wonderful! Even though there were some initial issues with the installation (NOT the installers but, the Closet size), everything was handled in a professional way and care for my issues. The installers were fabulous too! After their 2nd trip to install, they got the job done, in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. They worked really hard to ensure I was happy and I am! Bless the 'Working Men"!

The associate are very helpful. If they run out of the stock. They check other branches & let us know what location we need to go. Stores are well organized.

This store is like all other H D stores as far a service goes. It's about timing. The more shoppers the les likely the service will be prompt .

I was unable to receive assistance when needed. On a regular basis, customer service is non-existant. I don't shop at stores that don't provide checkout stands. I'm not shopping at a store that REQUIRES ME to self-check and work to give the store my money.

Store is clean and .organized.

Store was clean but not very busy. Associate in windows and doors dept. very helpful trying to rectify special order issues.

I enjoy coming to this store. The selection and prices are very competitive. However, I have seen an huge increase of transients, homeless people and people sleeping in the parking lot. I believe this is very unsafe and demonstrates the need for more security. Thanks, Blas

Cashier Lauren was very helpful.

I wasn’t able to order the item online at the store when I was told by the customer service on the phone that I am able to use my store credit to purchase the item online and pay the reminding at the store. The item online wasn’t on the store display. Ended up buying something else which cost more money than what I originally planned.

Impressive selection of Halloween decorations at this store. Disappointed that they don't accept all types of light bulbs for recycling.

Great selection of light bulbs, however they no longer accept LED bulbs for recycling. Very disappointing, this is a move backwards in my opinion.
