My online home depot order was stolen from my front porch and was returned for store credit to this store, $355. This store did not check the thief's ID or did not check to see it is not me. and for whatever reason they did not return to the original form of payment which is my credit card but issue store credit to the thief. So I would think the thief knew this store was easy on them. home deport has made it easy for these thieves to stole packages like this with their lack of good checks upon return.

Unknowledgeable and / or disinterested employees abundant. Cashier straight up walked away and never came back.

My favorite store in San Jose. Staff is always welcoming and always super nice. This store is well arranged, super clean and I never had any issues at this store. Even Cashiers will give you tips to save and use your pro rewards the best possible way.

The cashier was not helpful with a gift card redemption. Items were not in stock in the store but were available to be shipped to the store a week later. Found the missing items on a competitor site for a cheaper price with next day shipping.

Just open all the registers. So stupid to have one line line with 20 people in it then to open the register. Makes no common sense. I stood closer to people in the line then at the register. Open them up. Don’t be stupid

Was sold a used washer even though I purchased a new one. Delivery person cut box open and I did a visual inspection. Driver then left. I assumed the product was new because it was in a box but when installing drain hose some water came out and to top it off it didn't even work. Water smelled of fabric softener and bleach. I paid for a new washer, not a used one. Will never purchase appliance again from home depot. Do your self a favor and don't let delivery driver leave until you hook it up and run a cycle even if it seems brand new out of the box. DISAPPOINTED and 550.00 poorer.

Pretty good store, long lines DO NOT get keys cut here. 100% failure rate

I find the place very clean & shelves are properly arranged like you'll find in supermarkets. It's not like in the other branch that you can tell that you are actually in a warehouse. All personnel are wearing the required masks & disinfecting wipes are conveniently located on entrances & the bathroom. The parking lot is bigger with not too many people hanging around looking for side jobs. I find the place much safer.

The associate who did this order and an additional order was outstanding! She had a disgruntled customer ahead of me yelling at her in her face and she handled the situation with style and professionalism. She is an excellent associate and went above and beyond in helping me, including going to a different department than her own to find & retrieve a $200 product I couldn’t find. She definitely saved the additional $200 sale. My total purchase was over $400.

If possible, you can have a good explainations how about to fix gutter or something. Anyway your associates are friendly and useful.

associates were friendly when you were able to locate someone yet it was confirmed and pointed out that multiple things were put in the wrong area and the prices were not honored nor were they corrected with the wrong prices is taken down

Makayla at the Customer Service Desk provided great customer service. She assisted when we called about placing an order, and happened to be working when we came to pick it up. I would highly recommend this store. We were 45 mins out of the area, and it was worth it because our experience with the Makayla, and the store was so positive. It was clean,organized and filled with everything we were looking for, and everyone who greeted us was very polite.

The store was well organized and clean. I appreciated the handful of employees that were around the store and their willingness to help. I never once had to "hunt" for someone to help me, nor did I feel like I was a bother when I asked for help. The "greeters"/ employees outside, whom I assume were keeping track of the number of customers that came in, were also very friendly. I appreciated this the most especially with the state of the world right now and everyone scared of each other- their smiles and friendly greetings meant a lot. The same goes for the cashier we had during that visit. Overall, the employees here were very friendly, helpful, and I would definitely choose to come back to this specific location above others.

This store is customer friendly. The employees are knowledgeable. The store itself is clean an orderly. There is a friendly greeter at the entrance, sets the mood of friendly throughout the store. I would recommend this location of Home Depot to everyone.
