Appliance Specialist, Ismael Vargas was fantastic to work with. We bought 3 appliances from him and are very satisfied. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He answered any question we had and if he didn't know the answer he found out. We are very pleased!

Apparently, they do not recycle purchased burnt out halogen long lights. Now what? They weren't helpful or showed any concern about me being stuck with their old bulbs.

I am an interior decorator and I wanted to apply a special paint to a stone surface. This required creativity from the store associate. One associate brought over Chris, and when I asked him if he was creative, he said, what are you trying to accomplish? And I mentioned to him that what I am trying to do is not conventional, and that the application was for my own home and I am willing to experiment. He went so far as to contact the paint rep on Labor Day and reached the rep. Discussed with the rep what I was trying to do, and I received my answer. The answer the rep gave him was the answer Chris had given to me. Thanks for the awesome experience Chris!

Ordered an item online and got an e-mail for pickup. Item was not at the store and asked if I wanted to re-order. Decided not to re-order since it would take over a week and just got a refund. This was the only problem i've encountered at the store and the clerks were very curious . Other then that it's a great place to shop and very clean compared to other Home Depots. For some reason other Home Depots smell of wood and paper, this Home Depot I don't even notice it which is a plus for me. Discount/ bargain bins are littered throughout the store and able to pick up some discounted items from time to time. Finding help can be troublesome, since they may be short staff (?) but that's present at all Home Depot locations I've visited. Overall great place to shop for home improvement needs

The most frustrating experience of this store is associate availability. Customer may have to wait for 20 -30 minutes to get simple questions answered. The associate are not skilled enough to provide meaningful answers. On occasions, I have received help from the loaders which I appreciate. Many of the items are not stored forcing the customer to place 'Special Order' which financially obligates the customer without the product delivery. And the convoluted Special Order cancelation process holds customers hostage (financially).

This was a complete shopping pleasure. Freindly employees & everything was easy to find.

The store is clean, organized. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager is courteous with the attitude of "customers satisfaction". I appreciate the help the associates in all departments who tried to help or to get help for me. I was treated best.

Associate provided great ideas and direction for items needed and for my pending repair to a delicate item. Check out was great as she was very helpful in finding the accurate cost of sale item and applied it with great willingness and support. Good experience.

I was shopping for a few hours in Home Depot. I actually met some very nice associates that were a huge help and then one in particluar that was not so friendly. It just took that one person to blow the whole experience out of the water. The Lighting department was extremely under staffed. We had to wait and ask for help before someone finally came and then ended up helping another family that had just walked up. When he was finally free again we had to flag him down. He was obviously not in a good mood and not like any of his co-workers we had previously met. All in all it was an ok experience, but I would def avoid that gentleman in the future ;-)

This was the worst shopping experience. One employee stood in the aisle and stared at me! I was very uncomfortable.

Love going to HD and could spend days looking for things. Overall, great experience. Easy to find things, and associates often eager to help. Sometimes I do have a hard time finding a person to ask. Only at times. Probably the most "negative" (if you could call it that" was trying to use the self-check out registers. I had to wait a long while for the cashier/associate to help me, as I incorrectly entered a purchase. Took me at least 15 minutes to get checked out... at least no one was waiting! Still love the store and would highly recommend!

Seasonal plants are healthy, vibrant, plentiful and priced well!

Garden section was uniformly blah with the same plants I can buy at Safeway. When I approached the cashier about a specific plant he did not know if they carried it. It was a low water drought tolerant CA native that is very popular right now in the drought. He called to another associate who completely ignored both of us. When browsing through the ground covers several flats were damaged due to overwatering I bought my pots and left.

They had a microwave that met our needs on the shelf.

Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are courteous and always go out of their way to assist. No fuss, they help and get on with their jobs!

The people are very friendly and willing to find what you are needing. They will call an Associate to assist you to make sure you don't wait too long. Very good experience.

The associate was not available for 15 minutes, when he was available he had no knowledge of Plants. :-(

We were able to start and complete our painting project. Store associates were very helpful, even helped us find a part we needed for out bikes, so it worked out great! Thanks Home Depot!

Ismael is the best sales person I've met. He works in the appliances department, and if you are in need of appliances, he's your guy! He is patient, friendly, tremendously helpful, super knowledgeable with all the brands, and has just made our experience a total success from start to finish. I visited other Home Depot stores and other stores in general, and other associates were not up to par. Ismael is best in class in my opinion, and I can't recommend him enough! Thank you for the fantastic service!

coming to this home Depot is a great experience every time I walk in the door. The people are always helpful and provide exceptional service to me. They treat me like I am the only customer in the store even when you see hundreds of people coming and going each day. Thanks for being the best.
