I had to replace two toilets, and went to Home Depot to select brand and model. I was assisted in the two different days I visited the store by three outstanding employees named: Juan Jose Alvarez, Jose Peroso and Enmanuel Agurcia. These three gentlemen are assets to the Home Depot Organization. Please let them know that Mr.& Mrs. Luis Palacio, truly appreciated their help.

Had to buy a pallet of garden soil on sale and Owen and the manager Diana helped me out a ton and gave us free delivery, would return again for sure.

I really like to shop on this store when I have projects around that area, besides the staff is always willing to help.

Went there looking for some plumbing supply. Was amazed at this Hispanic lady who stopped what she was doing and asked me if I needed assistance. Then she walked me to the plumbing isle. Even though I asked to just point. That's customer service. I didn't really get a look at her name tag. Also the young lady at self check out was sweet. Home Depot is getting better. CHEERS. Keep it up

The Home Depot Off of US-1 and SW 37th Ave in Miami is Great!!! A++

Poor customer service Make the sales but could not deliver as promise and do not call to let you know of changes.

Too long a story. In a nutshell, The Home Depot's third party delivery contractors DO NOT communicate with the store's Appliance Specialists.

Hard to find things, selection is limited, employees are not at all helpful.

The Home Depot at Coconut Grove location is very nice and easy to shop. Employees are very friendly and helpful, and the you can pay without having to self-checkout. I found some items such as plants cheaper than homestead nurseries.

I would like to acknowledge a specific associate at this store named Owen; After a less than ideal visit previously, I had the good fortune to be served by Owen who restored My confidence that service and expertise still exists in retail. He is an asset to this Home Depot.

Since I travel all over FL for work, Home Depot has become my favorite place. The Coconut Grove store is very clean & organized. Along with the helpful & friendly staff, Cesar at ProDesk is always professional, with great attention to detail & helpful with my electrical needs. Great place! I can rarely find everything I need at this store because of poor inventory management. Items are not in the stock locations or out of stock (even though in stock listed online).

We purchases a few items and before we could load them in the car we realized that they were not the ones we needed. We had to do 3 different returns and the ladies made it so easy and painless.

Although it is still hard to find an employee to help you, this Home Depot (Coconut Grove) is by far better than any other in Dade County.

I had the honor of being assisted by EDDIE in gardening. The amount of courtesy, knowledge and professionalism bestowed upon me was AMAZING! I will go no where else to visit except at this Home Depot when looking for gardening advice and guidance. Can't express how grateful I am to have lucked up on him!

This Home Depot is very well run, unlike it's other store on 8th street. It is neat and always clean. You can get almost anything you need for small to medium jobs around the house. They also have an appliance department, which is very difficult to get someone to help you, but other than that, it's a great store.

I visited this Home Depot store today and found the employees with whom I came in contact with to be exceptionally caring, patient and helpful in their customer service demeanor.

I went to purchase a hot water heater and needed help with some questions. When I got to the store Sunday morning no one was on the floor so I asked an associate I seen walking by to call for assistance and I heard the overhead call but no one never came. The guy seen we still waiting and went to find someone and he said he couldn’t find anyone but he would do the best he can to help me with anything. So I googled what I needed and made my decision. The associate stopped what he was doing and went and got a cart to assist me with putting it on. This gentleman is the only reason I stayed and made the purchase he definitely went above and beyond to assist me. I later found out his name was Laz and he definitely deserves to be acknowledged for he hard work and dedication to the store and his job.

I am very impressed with the new store manager, Diane. She's got great customer service and a deep understanding of products. This installed confidence in me. The checkout Vet, Roberto was also above and beyond my expectations He's polite, calm and very helpful in sorting out my issue of return a light bulb. I specifically thanked him for his service in protecting our country.

Taye is an amazing cashier and a great help.
