This Home Depot is one of their kind, excellent organization, clean, very attentive personnel, always parking space available, my first choice for location and convinience.

NEEDS TO IMPROVE THE GARDEN SECTION..VERY POOR CHOICE OF PLANTS FOR A PLANT ORIENTED NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE COCONUT GROVE

found the store to be attractive from the parking area, well distribute plants, store was bright, clean, associates smiling, wherever you looked products where well placed. associates assisted to find all my needs,, no long waits, lots of help.

Michelle and Celia were very helpful, they got me a cart outside and put a bag on the cart so that my merchandise would not get wet or dirty, I always come early and the cashiers are always so helpful

Terrible customer service. Paid for delivery at a specific time window and they showed up 12 hours away from the delivery window.

I went to the hd on bird&112th ave a few weeks before, went to the doors dept and walked around for around 15 minutes and nobody asked to help me, so I left. couple weeks later I went to the store in coconut grove and someone immediately asked to help me
