I always buy here it’s my second house

Employees don’t care about customers. I know it’s Miami and I lower my standards when it comes back to customer service but waiting an hour at check out to figure out 2 pieces of wood is by far ridiculous.

Amanda helped me put in the codes for some screws I needed. She was kind to me and immediately greeted me in self checkout. Very nice young lady.

I'm a contractor who shops at Home Depot four times a week, and I always receive great service and find what I need. The service is very friendly and courteous.

even when they can ship to store and you pick up they dont allow it so you have to pay HD for something you can bring home on your own but they do not carry so dont pay for item

Self check out, very rude cashier grab cart & instantly started scanning my items without offering or asking to help. I kindly refused her help & then cashier stood over me & watched while I finished scanning my items. I honestly felt the situation went from being rudely helpful to a theft being watched. This by far the worst experience that I ever had at home depot, or at any store. I'm a loyal & frequent homedepot shopper.

I went to the East Hialeah store and placed an order with 80 dollars delivery for kitchen cabinets to be delivered to my home on Saturday here I am still waiting Monday and cabinets are not even on the way even though they were physically on the shelves available for delivery apparently the person that made the order decided to send the cabinets from a warehouse that complicated and delayed the whole transaction!!! I will never be ordering anything again for delivery from this location. Maybe they shouldn’t have these young inexperienced personnel working customer service that is the department that should be properly attending the public!!

There were three Representatives standing around who never acknowledged us. 3 minutes later a young man waved us to come to his register at the end. I was returning something and purchasing additional items. My daughter insisted this was a racism issue but I was not convinced until the young man who assisted us with the sheet metal spoke very little English and stayed around to straighten the sheet metal that was already organized after showing us where to find it. He never assisted us further so why was he still there. He gave us false information that Home Depot does not cut sheet metal and I know that's incorrect because I shop at Home Depot frequently in my area in Palm Beach Florida. So I chose to cut my visit short and go to the store in my area and when I visit my relatives in Miami I'll bring them the items I purchased.

Request help from employees and no one helped me

At no time nobody can walk with you to show you where the items are they can only tell you and Number very poor customer service these employers and employees need to go to Publix to get some customer service training

Every single employee I asked a question to said they did not know and passed the buck to other employees who did not give a crap either. Do not pretend to care for your customers with your hypocritical surveys when you know darn well they won't do anything to change your widespread culture of apathy. No one is buying your B.S. anymore. Also, your curbside pickup system sucks because you allow inconsiderate customers to park in the reserved parking spots while they shop inside. Grow a pair and demand that they vacate those spaces so that I don't have to wait in the car for my merchandise while obstructing traffic in the middle of the road. What a mediocre store you all have become!

At no time nobody walks with you to show you where the item is they just point and tell you the number of the aisle not good

I was looking for a product that had limited to no stock at stores close to me. The Home Depot rep suggested I visit this store in East Hialeah. As a 30+ year resident of Miami, I tend to avoid Hialeah based on past experiences with very heavy traffic. However, this location is isolated from higher-density areas and was very convenient to access via westbound State Road 112. Granted, it was after 10 PM so there was less traffic on the road. Nevertheless this still seems like a good alternative. And the store is open until 11 PM.

I also saw her attend other customers in the same manner before it was my turn in line. humbelina Treated me with great care and respect She deserves to be recognized for her good attitude and excellent customer service.

Last month I discovered I had a leak in my 100-foot garden water hose. This store had a nice variety of lengths, and colors. Most importantly with a very competitive price point! Just what I was looking for. Super

I HAVE BEEN BUYING FOR YEARS AT HOME DEPOT STORE #6378 AND I AM TIRED OF THE DISCRIMINATION AND HUMILATION AS A WOMAN AT THE PAINT DEPARTMENT THERE IS NOT ORGANIZATION IN THAT DEPARTMENT WHEN YOU GO TO PAINT DEPARTMENT THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU. THEY ASSIGN ASSOCIATES THAT HIDE AND DO NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER I AM TIRED OF THIS SITUATION AND THE STORE MANAGER JUAN DOES NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS EVERYTIME I GO TO THE PAINT DEPARTMENT AT HOME DEPOT STORE #6378 ONE SPENDS MORE THAN 3 HOURS AT THAT SAME DEPARTMENT BECAUSE NO ASSOCIATES WANTS TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR ASSIST YOU WITH THE PAINT. THERE IS NO ORGANIZATION SUCH AS PICK A NUMBER TO SEE WHO IS THE NEXT IN LINE. ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION OF GOING THERE AND ASKING WHO IS NEXT IN LINE. AND THE STORE MANAGER DOES NOT CHANGE THE POLICY OR BETTER THE ORGANIZATION. THE EMPLOYEES AT THAT STORE #6378 DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THEY GO OVER THE MANAGERS DECISION. THE ASSOCIATES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT NEED TO BE BETTER TRAIN IN HOW TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS WITH PAINT QUESTIONS AND ALSO OTHER ISSUES. ASSOCIATES IN THAT HOME DEPOT PAINT DEPARTMENT HIDE FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS STOCK AND NOT ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE ORDER TO PAINT OR QUESTIONS. IT IS INCREDIBLE THAT A STORE MANAGER JUAN IS EARNING HIS PAYCHECK AND I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE MANAGERS OF THE STORE TO LET MARISELA VEGA CALL ME SO I CAN INFORM HER NOT TO IGNORE THE SERIOUS PROBLEM AT THAT STORE ONE IS PAYING AND GETS THAT DISRESPECT. I AM TIRED OF COMPLAINING TO THE STORE MANAGER AND HE IGNORES THE SERIOUS SITUATION

All those non customers trucks gotta go

Patrick from the paint department is a very nice person. His good work habits and ability to help customers feeds off to the other employees and makes them a great team together. Thalia A cash register assisted me in the self check out without me, asking for help shows initiative in her part and good example for other employees to see thank you thalia and Patric for making a difference.
