found tape meassure (dewalt) which there is a whole roll of them for $14.95 each. So i decide to tell the cashier directing the self scan line to look at the picture but she tells me that the price is the above price and not the one i took picture of. So i said ok is my fault. I loose my spot to pay and go again and little to be known the price that is above is for a 35ft meassuring tape and not a 25ft. So she calls a rep cinthia with a scanner and they both dont see the sku at all on the stands. They didnt honor the price like i thought they should. Luckily i found a discontinue tape with a mark down price. I feel that home depot being all big that they are should be able to hire workers that can keep items on stands in check with their correct sku. But it seems that whoever is facing the merchandise doesnt care that customers get confuse because their inresponsibility.

just needed more cashiers, there was to much congestion in the isles waiting to check out.

Almost didn’t want to do a review. Wanted to keep the secret to myself so I can have the store all by myself, because the store was very quick with their service and friendly I really enjoyed this Home Depot the nursery department was awesome

I made some suggestions about clearing action alley and making the aisles clear,on my last couple of trips I noticed these things were changed.Thank you. I know it wasn't just my remarks but it helps to know that you arelistening to your customers. I also would like to give a shout out to the employees at this store for being polite, courteous, helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with customers with disabilities.keeping the aisles accessible, keeping the store merchandise organized properly on shelf. Its good to find what you need and then when you can't return some of the stuff to the shelf and a unslefish employee reaches out to help you, that's what make me want to return to this store.So, far I have been able to find all the merchandise I came to get.

This place is amazing and they kept everything cleaned and organized and I found everything that I needed instantly Wow!!

I could not help but feel profile, either because of the way I dressed, or melanin concentrations. I spent 20 minutes with a cashier that refused to look up and item, or call the respective department for assistance. She was under the impression that I was trying to steal something from the store, and was combative to say the least. She pulled my credit card out of the machine and threw it on the table, and insisted we get merchandise with bar codes. I had some items with out bar codes. If only we could charge companies for wasting our time. I had to get 3 other cashiers to help before I could pay for the items. Regretfully I am in the middle of a remodel, and will be back.

I did not enter the store. Did the Curve side pickup which was excellent

The sales person, Carlos gave us excellent service facilitating a return and our obtaining the correct size sump pump.

This Home Depot and other Home Depots are just sensational once I step inside a quality home improvement store. The associates exhibit a fine positive character and the that of course includes the East Hialeah store I shop all the time.

Managers and employees do not care about customer's complain. They do not help to customers worry or cuestions, rental machines do not receive maintenance and machine's batery are allways dead. I do not recomend Hialeah Home Depot

The associates at the store were friendly and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and give great assistance when I was purchasing some drywalls and 2X4 8ft plywoods. The store was looking good and was very clean. I received excellent customer service at the Hialeah Home Depot store. Thank you!

Dirty, poorly stocked, hard to find a helpful associate in most departments anytime of the day. A disappointment compared to most Home Depot stores.
