Associate's are readily available and helpful!! There has always been everything I needed when I come in so far. This is my "go-to" place for making keys. They have a large variety of designs.

The restrooms were dirty, but it did not concern the employees who used them with no interest in making any effort to clean them. Clean restrooms are a reflection of the overall state of the store.

As a consumer you always want to feel you are getting a good deal and at the same time getting great customer care. My experience was just that. From the moment I walked in, walked the aisles and checked out everyone was attentive and helpful. Great job Home Depot!!

Good store over all except for a few that refuse to respect

the store employees always seem to be very helpful every time I visit, ( about ounce a week ) so far I have never had any complaints.

Super clean store ! Very wide open isles making easier to walk past others on same isle! This was the first Home Depot in Hialeah where I was asked if I need help . I didn't have to look for any one they came to me asking me if would like help loved it. They were willing to help and make it easier for me !

I was looking for adapter cable to move my TV to a new location in the house

The staff was very friendly and helped me find the products I needed. I had an incident at checkout and the manager quickly assisted and fixed my problem. I will definitely return to this store!!

Reina Guzman is the best employee working here! She is very attentive and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and directed me where I needed to go. She went out of her way just to show me what I needed and where I needed to get it at.
