The cashier was on the phone (earbuds) the entire time she was ringing up my order. This should not be allowed! Very unprofessional.

Very friendly and bright people. All the items and more were in stock.

I was a Cashier for 3 years at Home Depot and that was the worst transaction that I’ve ever experienced as a customer or a former employee. One of the lot boys mean mugged my fiancé and I before we even got out of car, he also was no help to us or other customers. We spent 30 minutes in the Garden department and a few of your employees literally had a a whole meeting and nobody offered us any help until an employee with a broken arm had just stepped outside. Finally made our way to self checkout because the garden department check out wasn’t open and it took 4 cashiers to assist us. My bonsai tree didn’t have a barcode, the first cashier a young lady with long curly hair was very nice and you know she went down the list checked the ocb, called somebody from the garden department (nobody) answered, then she excused herself to go to the garden department and look for another one with a barcode herself. Before she left she asked an older lightskin lady with pink highlights to help us to see if she could help, she wasn’t able to, she went to another customer and as she was coming back she pulled aside to another shorter cashier with a reddish hairstyle I think her name was candace and was told to go outside. She caught an attitude with the lady before she left. apparently she was upset about being outside and had walked past ignored somebody before we had even came in there. Candace came over for half a second until she seen that younger lady return, she sent her off somewhere and then she just walked away and didn’t come back. There was a lot guy who may have been training to be a cashier over there who eventually came and helped after seeing us getting annoyed. He didn’t know what he was doing, he didn’t even know how to work the screen, I had to show him myself. The screen started beeping and eventually he kind of just apologized and gave up. He started looking for some help and by this point we didn’t even want the bonsai tree anymore just wanted to check out. The younger lady comes back and she’s just taken aback that we were still there she immediately came right over and apologized and went to call candance. A random garden employee came over to see if he could help and beat the hell out of the plant in the process. Candance finally came back in with a new bonsai tree and the garden employee took the one he beat up with no barcode with him. We finally check out and notice that the Lot guy that was helping us earlier had walked off with the new plant and put it up after we paid for it.

I bought an item last month, but the item was too small. I returned the item with no problems the employee accepted the item and asked another employee to bring me the correct size. I thanked her and she thanked me for shopping at Home Depot.

i needed assistance in using the self service and the employee was so patient and pointed out why my order was not charged at first on my card.

Great location for me, ample stock, helpful and friendly staff.

The flowers are beautiful. I bought 2 ferns and a dolly for moving items. I needed help getting it into the car. Customer service representative was excellent

Last weekend's trip to Home Depot was a refreshing experience in customer service. From staff helping me find things to Cashier Cassandra to strong staff member Jaishawn helping me carry things to the car, I left with a spring in my step...for my spring home projects! :)

I visit this store often. So much so that a store associate saw me the other day asked how my wife my wife was doing.She made me feel like we’re not just another paying customer but a part of a community a Home Depot community. I know it’s corny but really these associates are great.

When we walked in the store, we were greeted within 10 seconds. I worked in retail in college so I understand the importance of that. As we walked throughout the store, we were greeted as well. The employees were also helpful in our checkout process. Kudos to the staff and management at the Eastwood Home Depot. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience!

I've been shopping at this Home Depot for a number of years now and have to say that Damon as the manger provides next level service! He always goes above and beyond and making sure that anytime he sees me he says hello that's how I'm doing and mini on his staff including but not limited to Jarviece and Deidre in particular have always greeted me with a smile and surpassed my expectations on customer service level!

I bought a washer and dryer. HD totally screwed up the delivery. Store personnel were EXCELLENT.

I wanted a freezer. They had it in stock but could not deliver until March because it came from a different warehouse. the nice lady put me in touch with an independent delivery service who is picking up at Home Depot and delivering and hauling away at my house

Love the store will shop again

I’ve been to this store many times in the last month after buying my first home. I’ve enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, plus how easy it was to find what I need and get out in a hurry at times!

The staff is always friendly and acknowledge me. Very accomadating!
