The product l was looking for was not on the shelves...but the last 1 had fallen behind the shelf in the space between 1 aisle and the next. A rep named Shonda found a special tool and brought it out for me

I am not a tech person, cannot ever know what i am there to buy until I talk to the plumbing department guy, the electric department guy, the flooring or wood cutting guy. I am a 75 year old widow who was helper for my spouse (a carpenter/mechanic/good at all this). I walk in, describe the problem I am trying to fix and your people lead me to what I need and suggest what would be the easiest for me to do myself and give tips on how! These people are great!

I will not buy any more flowers or garden supply for Lowe’s in Fultondale or Home Depot in Trussville. The staff in your store have so much pride in their work and customer service it’s worth the drive. I was so impressed with the care and selection of flowers you should be commended. While other have dried up in other location it’s refreshing that you are not trying to sell your dead flowers at a discounted price. Thank-you for caring. All I encountered were friendly and courteous.P. S. I told Lashun I would mention her.

Garden shop: product was available, cashier got help for me, employees were waiting to put my products in auto. The garden shop far exceeded any that I have visited in a long time -- abundance of healthy-looking plants neatly displayed. Everything was well-organized, and I was very impressed.

Awesome service, would shop here again. Very helpful and concerned with delivering the best service.

I would like to say that Chante, Jamie, Vee Jay at the pro desk are awesome super knowledgeable and friendly. And Shirley one of the floating cashiers gives quick and fast service

I almsot always can easily find help (if needed) and am often greeted and asked if I need help. That makes a difference in your shopping experience.

The staff at the Home Depot Store #0880 a very enjoyable experience. We found what we needed with the staff assistance and they helped with a smile.

The gray haired gentleman in the paint department is not friendly or helpful. The other associates that I came in contact with were willing to help. Just avoid the man with the gray Afro.

Experience could have been better but the store had everything I needed.

employees are exceptionally helpful. I would like to see the self check out go. I do not remember going inti this store and not being able to find just what Ineeded. There is typically someone in the isle or near to help. The bathrooms were fully supplied. the only negative part of this experience is this survey, I HAVE COMPLETED ALL OF IT AND IT WILL NOT LET ME SUBMIT. EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT.

The best part about this home depot is the selection of music they chose to play for their shoppers. They also have a wide variety of supplies available for almost any home repair job.

The store is always clean,the employees at the Service Desk especially the man name Theopolious was exstreamly helpful in helping me set up my account and it was easy finding an employee walking around to help you . I would recommend this store to anyone.

This was the first time being in a hardware store and seen those many employees to ask for help this was unreal to me

12/31/20- Today we had an amazing experience when we purchased a large rolling tool chest! Several team members went over and beyond helping us get it loaded! They all had great friendly personalities and wonderful teamwork! Their names were Jamie, V.J., Ron, Demond, and Shunny! They all need a pat on the back and recognizing for making your customers feel so welcomed!

Store is very convenient clean and well stocked. Just have to run some one down to get assistance when I cannot find it myself.

This location always has sufficient stock of the regular merchandise, along with frequent promotions of seasonal or new items. The employees are always helpful and friendly. This is definitely my favorite store!
