Store was clean Associates nice, friendly and very helpful.

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE

Good neat store with helpful employees. Sometimes in the late afternoon, however, there is nobody to help on the floor. To be fair, it is not unique for this type of stores.

So happy to see this Home Depot enforces face coverings!

Great experience at this store! I was greeted when I entered the store and the person working self checkout greeted me, cleaned the area when I walked up, and helped me scan my items. She was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I was greeted by the store manager, Damon, in a little bit of an unusual situation, as I was driving a powered shopping cart, due to not being able to walk because heart failure. I was also not wearing a face covering due to the breathing problems associated with it. In spite of all of that, I was treated very respectfully and friendly by Damon, as well as by Rocky, who he directed me to for a refrigerator sale. The whole staff treated me very respectfully and friendly as I travelled throughout the store on my “go kart”, and made sure I easily found anything I was looking for. The aisles were well-arranged and neat, which made driving through the store very easy. The staff helped me by loading everything I bought in my vehicle, due to my medical condition. Damon, himself, actually helped load, which makes me believe that he is a manager that leads by example. Top notch customer service! One of the best retail experiences I have ever had! Will return again soon!

I am always impressed that the area behind the straw, is kept clean and swept. There are woodlands that join the back area, as well, a road that makes that area usable as an exit. There is absolutely, never any trash from that area to the street, Crestwood Blvd.

This store is one of my favorite stores on this visit I only gave average ratings because I only needed charcoal and lighter flood. Didn't require assistance from store associates. Normally if I need help the employees are very friendly and helpful. The Eastwood (0880) store is a great location.

Thank you for hiring more associates in the store.They assist me with finding items due to decrease eye sight. They greet me with their pleasant voice and I don’t feel rushed when I check out. You always have the items I’m looking for and I don’t have to wait for shipment to come in. The store was appealing, neat and clean. You could walk safely through the isles without any harm.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Joann, a garden employee, made the visit very unpleasant that morning. My family and I purchased landscaping items from the garden section of the store. Joann was having a conversation with a male visitor and she left a water hose and flower cart in the walkway of customers and their carts. We had 2 carts and I bent down to lift the bottom of the carts over the water hose. As I was doing this, Joann and her male visitor began to laugh (not sure what the laughter was about). After I got both of my carts around the flower cart, I then decided to go through the front door to speak with a manager. My family loaded up our vehicle. Before making it into the store, Joann yelled to me that her manager's name was Danielle. I then asked for Danielle after entering the store. Danielle and I walked outside to talk and when Joann saw us she began talking loudly and walked towards us. Danielle asked her to go back to her station and she would speak to her after she spoke with me. Joann began laughing again before turning around and walking back to the flower area. I would have just left the incident in the hands of Danielle, Joann's manager, but after Joann began walking towards us, talking loudly, and had to be told 3 times go back to her work station, I decided to report that entire experience to someone outside of Danielle. She just showed very little respect to her manager in that moment, not to mention my experience with Joann before Danielle even came out. I won't return to that particular Home Depot because of that experience. Hopefully, Danielle was able to speak to Joann about professionalism, keeping walkways clear for customers and carts, and helping customers when they need assistance.

The cashier Vicky at self checkout has a very nasty, unprofessional attitude.

These folks are friendly and helpful. They will help you with self check out if you look lost , as i always do..They will leave their department to help you find something. AAA_+++, If something has moved, they know where to look. I see the same faces a lot because they keep their work force. I love this store!!!!

Great products to choose from, friendly helpful staff that understands customer needs. Pretty resonable prices on items I saw, considered to be a good value overall! Keep up the good work and please consider opening a store in Forestdale, Alabama shopping center like this would be nice industrial workers area and people who care about caring for their home needs! Having spent several hours at a competitive home improvement store I entered this Home Depot store less than optimistic about finding someone to help me. Entering the millwork department changed my outlook completely. I was met promptly by a very outgoing young lady, who introduced herself, asking how she might be of help. That alone charmed the socks off me. We promptly got to business asI explained what I was looking for, from that point she was in complete control. The associate had answers for each question plus recommendations to back up her answers. Here friendly professional attitude made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. The matter of shopping took less than a half hour, from “hello” to putting a paid receipt in my pocket. I regret not going to this Home Depot first. I would have saved countless hours of idiotic half answers, switching clerks, note sure about delivery dates, just plain old stupidity. By the way, if you are shopping in the Millwork department I hope you will find TERIKA, she will treat you with respect and kindness and you will surely walk away feeling like you have made a friend.

Cashier overcharged me because evidently she doesn't know how to ring up appliances on sale. I told her no less than 3 times ,that it was not the right price. Turns out cashiers have to scan a barcode at the register. Some one needs to train her. She was rude.aggressive and kind of scary.i had to go thru 3. More people till I just said I need the manager.i told him what was going on. He didn't say much. He took the receipts and paperwork. Said he would ring it up right. Told him to put $80 back on debit. He said it will be cash. He handed me the money paperwork and receipts. Except the first paper one. And then silence. So I took that silence to mean go. He never apologized for anything. Rude cashier. The 3 other people I had to go thru to finally give them $597 for a dishwasher.Maybe they think people will not care because it is Irondale, I guess I will go down 280 or go to Lowe's in Trussville.
