Most of the time the staff are very helpful and checkout is fast. The app is super convenient to find items you want. Each item tells you if it's in stock at the store and where it's located. Love that!

went in for a cordless drill/driver set, got excellent feedback from an employee. upon checkout I was extended savings on my purchase by Donald and Richie. so very much appreciated

NO HELP FROM WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION

While the prices keep going up the staff is getting more helpful & friendlier, the store more organized & cleaner, thank goodness. Now if only HD would have Senior Discounts life would be a lot more creative. peace

Purchased a storm door and and inside door. Went to home depot and asked if the door was in on 11/22/2023 and they said it was and that I should be getting a call from the installer but no one has called as yet. I will give another week and if no one has called me by wednesday I will go to the store.

The Home Depot in Hazlet is always clean and well stocked and employees are always friendly and helpful.

I had gotten to the store within a half hour of closing looking for a tool that had a security device on it, Dan was quick to grab the tool for me and again for the second time as we realized the first box was opened. After a problem at the register with my app they had called in Richie to help solve the problem. He got there quickly and was able to solve the problem in less than a minute.

They were so nice & helpful. Catherine M was awesome!! She answered all my questions, & I had a lot! She didn’t rush me & was super friendly!

Amazing experience from the call at 8 pm to check for the availability to the great customer service, trailer rental, and workers helping us get the mover on the trailer by the closing time. This is why I continue to shop at Home Depot!

I feel that the Hazlet Home Depot is the best with wonderful staff members. Richie A helped me with gardening tips and how to help save a palm tree plant. A really nice man also helped me look for a dual/split faucet valve. I am big on how staff at any business treats customers. This was the first time in years that I experienced excellent customer service.

I was in today and need help to make sure I got the same make and model for my lighting in my kitchen. John G was the perfect employee to help me out. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and didn't think twice to help find exactly where the product was but also to make sure it was the exactly the same as the photo I showed him. He was very kind and pleasant to be around, anytime I need help with lighting, he will be the only employee I will be looking for.

IM SO LUCKY THAT I AM VERY NEAR THE PLACE AND VERY CONVENIENT TO THE STORE. THE PRODUCT ITSELF SEEMS VERY CHEAP COMPARE TO OTHER STORES. I WILL PATRONIZE THE STORE HOME DEPOT.

I will come back to this location but only for the professionalism and support from floor specialist Sarah Berg. Other employees were either poorly trained or flat-out rude and at several points I was going to leave my ~$7k without checking out but Sarah gave me a positive experience and consulted with me on my project. Sarah was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and cares about customers. HD needs to find more employees like Sarah if they want customers shopping in their stores.

Located my own product and simply tried to checkout and I was met by the rudest, most unprofessional cashier I’ve ever come across. Rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth because I wasn’t moving fast enough for her liking. Stay away from cashier Mary 0926 00001 86486 she is extremely rude.

I've been going to this particular store as I have old an older home in the area. The last visit I noticed HD had changed manufacturers for its light bulbs and had a larger type of selections. Craig asked if I needed assistance as I had a look of confusion on my face and without hesitation he approached me and explained the new manufacturer and all is products. Made it easy to change to the new product as he walked me thru the new versions of bulbs available and they worked perfectly.

I had purchased a few tools today and I had a problem with the phone app using my veterans discount. Needless to say I was approached by a gentlemen named Elhadj. He was very respectful and understanding and took the time to assist me and was able to help me out. He kept thanking me for my service and I feel he went way above and beyond his duties. We purchased a refrigerator and received the best service, information and price at the Home Depot in comparison to the brick & mortar, and online competition.

Hank is always around to help out, and Joyce is the best. My 2 sons are plumbers and I inroduced to H/D, they are also loyal customers.
