Guy that works in electrical department is very very knowledgeable And I can say that about all of the departments that anyone is working in friendly people Home Depot makes Lowe’s look Like a toy store

Excellent customer service

You have two excellent people in the Electrical Dept., Eric, who knows every product available in that department and John who a lighting wizard. Every time I have trouble finding something or making a decision as to the product best suited for my needs, these guys have the answer. This is not to slight every other employee at Home Depot. I find every one knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. All of you do a terrific job. Thanks!

Much better selection in materials for pros and much more knowledgeable staff, than other similar stores in the area.

Only issue is I bought a custom door and it is gonna take over 2 months for the door to come in. In my opinion that is way to long to watch for something.

The store is conveniently located. After the snow storm, the parking lot was adequately cleaned, parking was available, and the product I needed was in stock. In addition, the cashier Alfredo was courteous and allowed me to make a purchase at the return check out. Thank you Home Depot and all staff members as you too are ESSENTIAL workers!

COME BACK TO HOME DEPOT!! For the longest time I was disappointed in Home Depot and its 'nowadays' style (zero interest in assisting customers) BUT...Tadaaa! They changed...and they changed for the better. They are back to being friendly, courteous, informative, fast and useful. It has been a great surprise... now I am back purchasing at Home Depot.

Employees are very helpful and engaging to see if you need anything rather than having to seek for assistance if needed.

Ed And Sal made my shopping experience so less stressful ill be looking for them every time i shop Joyce the cashier gladly end my visit with her quick wit and divine inspired humor. She had me almost peeing myself as i left and after what i spent miracles do happen apparently there.

I'm not very good at the self checkout. As I was proceeding to pay and leave the store the woman at the self checkout approached me and scanned my purchases for me. I was done in a minute. I would have been there 15 minutes if I did it myself.

We love Home Depot. My husband and I usually go there once or twice a week. Usually everyone in the store is wonderful from the associates to the checkout. Today we felt the associate didn’t want to help us. There were other people who also asked him for help he walked them to the area and pulled out what they needed. My husband was angry I calmed him down and told him I would put it in the survey. If I need assistance in the future, I will find someone else.

This Home Depot store in Hazlet, NJ had accurate inventory as shown on the website. I viewed online for the store in Old Bridge (Rt 9 South) - it showed they had 100+ of the Clayton Paver Old Town Brick, but when I got there and looked around (top racks) and I couldn't find any. Then I checked online and found the Hazlet store had 200+ in stock, so I drove there and found plenty.

Hazlet Home Depot is a 10+ as far as I am concerned, especially customer service. You especially can't beat their paint department. I tried another store, that home depot competes with, and found it lacking so much compared to home depot.

I had a good experience shopping at The Home Depot in Hazlet. The staff was friendly and quickly helped me find the items I needed.
