Woman at customer service counter very nasty to my husband and I. After his second question, she replied, uhh I’m not gonna argue with u sir!!!” It was a simple question from a business owner with a tool issue/ questions. Middle aged short brown hair woman. Needs more training to learn how to talk to other humans. Thank you.

When I was struggling to place heavy tile in my cart. A manager approached me and got 2 gentleman to assist me! Marcos and Rob S. They went above and beyond. Loaded tile on the forklift and brought it out to my car and loaded it! Excellent service!!!! During checkout i was helped by Mary and she was also amazing! Very impressed with the level of customer service at your store…especially during these times where it is hard to find good workers!

She was helpful and detailed in placing an custom order for Patio door. She was able to talk to Anderson Specialist directly and configure a complicated size patio door and get the best deal.

Our purchase of a new microwave for over our range was seamless. Tom was so helpful in getting us the LG model that matched our current appliances. We always shop at this Home Depot and we are always able to find what we need.

Store is neat and stocked to the nines! Associates were ready to help me find what I needed. I asked an associate where stencils or stick on numbers were and without hesitation he said Aisle10. Right on. Ready cashiers were proactively looking for folks ready to check out and reaching out to get them through the process!!

We always go out of our way to shop at this Home Depot. The store is always organized, the indoor and outdoor staff is always helpful and friendly and actually go out of their way to see if you need help and to answer questions. We usually use a cashier to check out and they're always accommodating and ready to help.

there are other similar types of stores in my area..i always have better luck in finding what i need at a better price in Home Depot..better selection and always someone around who is knowledgeable to help with whatever you need..
