Excellent shopping experience in many ways.

I found was the Hazlet Home Depot to be clean and safe . I purchased a washer/dryer through the appliance department and I was taken care of right away. My purchase was processed by Home Depot employee Catherine R. she answered all my questions and made my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this store and direct you to Catherine if you are interested in buying new appliances.

Store was fine un till i asked to price match another home depot was told no that's crazy bad policy.

This store is clean, requires a mask to enter, and has a hand sanitizing station at the door. The staff is very helpful finding things and it's easy to check out. Prices are excellent too. Particularly like their garden center, and getting the furnace filters I need.

I would not recommend going to this location. Can’t find assistance and the older Caucasian lady behind the paint counter (not sure if there are more than 1) seems to be anti Asians.

Need to get a handle on items in stock and not just at this store but seems like all home depot stores will show plenty of a particular item in stock and when getting to the store that item is not available. Then asking for help the attitude is "nope we dont have it sorry". Most of the employees dont care.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. Terrible customer service, sales associates know nothing. Sold us a broken grill and have been impossible to deal with as a result. Shop elsewhere.

Sad to say but this store has been consistently going down for a while now. The employees they’re hiring are rude. This is not the first time we’ve had issues requiring a manager to resolve.

I think this store location is extremely organized with operation procedures during this difficult time of shopping. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. They do a great job of making sure everyone is safe while shopping and getting the customers checked out as quickly as possible. On this visit we had Joyce as our cashier…she was very kind and efficient with helping us. We really appreciate all the workers at The Home Depot… thank you essential workers! All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is my favorite Home Depot Store.

My experience with Home Depot was dreadful ! Limited items in stock at the store, was forced to go on line for purchase. When it finally arrived, items were received in obvious poor condition and was in fact broken. Store appeared to be in chaos and long waiting times to be taken care of.

This store is excellent in many ways to start from the parking area to the friendliness of the associates, to the easy way to find the products you want and to the fast way to check out.

The store is following all the guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

I went in looking for a rolling toolbox. They had about 4 versions from different brands. I was able to compare and ultimately select one that fit my budget and need. Quite happy.

The employees at this store go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable about their products and willing to help. I didn’t feel like a bother when asking for assistance. I’ve shopped at other Home Depot’s but I definitely prefer and recommend the Hazlet Home Depot.

Great Home Depot location - extremely well maintained from prior to entering observing all safety precautions of the pandemic. All supplies were easily located and well stocked. The store is nice and clean as well. The staff were kind, personable and attentive. Any business runs as well due to great management. I just saw on my receipt that the store manager is Kim Vignola. She must be a real dynamo to keep the store operating as well as it does. Kudos to Kim as well.

I alwyes find what I am looking for in this store.

This store leaves a lot to desire. During a time of difficulty they can not handle completing a simple online order accurately. Items are sold to other customers less than 24 hrs after they arrive in the store before I was even told they were there. Their plumbing section is always in disarray and makes it impossible to find what you need to complete projects and when you ask questions the associates don,t know what they are looking for or where to find them. Management often make you feel it is your fault that orders are wrong or that the item you need are not in stock. Associates are often more interested in talking with their friends than helping customers. Then when you go online to complete warranty and registration process you can not get it complete without assistance from store representatives.

With social distancing, and even though a lot of people were in line for self check out. They cleaned the registers and moved the line really fast! They were well organized and hard working.
