RAMSEZ volunteered to help me take my large purchase to my car. He had to get creative in helping me load my items. I never could’ve gotten all my items in my car w/o his help. I would’ve had to make two trips which would’ve taken me almost 2 hours total. He was so cheerful in helping me! A couple weeks ago Isaac helped me in the pvc department. I ran into an issue and he gave me an idea that worked right away. The cashier staff has always been very helpful and friendly at this location. I appreciate the security officer on site keeping customers safe. There’s been a lot of effort lately to keep this area clean and nice and it’s greatly appreciated!

The kitchen aid washer installers didn’t test it I had registered it then called the vendor they sent Al’s appliance to my house found an error code their repair fixed it. Your original installers knew so little about a proper installation they left thinking every thing was ok. I am a skilled worker and was glad to see them leave. I took over and the vendor was competent.

Even though I put it online, I ordered stuff I cannot handle because I have one back surgery going to have another and I’m a senior that’s a living man was great even brought it in to my house next to the water so. what I like about Home Depot there’s always help around the corner or right there not like the other big box store that starts with an L which I live close to, but I bypass it and go all the way to the Home Depot so if I have any questions, they are right there thanks again

My Wife and I purchased many plants for our garden, and happy to mention, all are of high quality and thriving.

It was great to be able to get everything I needed for my project all in one stop.

This store is always very busy, but I was able to get help with my inquiry within a few minutes. The paint department usually has what I'm looking for. There is one thing I'd like to request, the yellow frog tape for painting.

I had a very helpful employee. He showed me exactly what I wanted. Helped me check out and loaded my purchase in my car.

Every time I visit this Home Depot (the nearest one to me) I buy large or bulky, heavy objects. There is usually never any help to load these items into my truck. As a 73 year old female I often request assistance and 9 times out of 10 I am told "there is no one available to assist you". Big disappointment as I then have to struggle to load items myself. Often a passerby will offer assistance, which is very much appreciated. I believe that the 'help' is concentrates on contractors making large purchases, so when someone like myself comes along and purchases 50 bags of decorative rock, there is no help. Bummer!

The department staff are helpful & cashiers are great.

I like this store, very appreciated by us folks living south of the location I'd say. Great garden center, helpful employees.

Went in looking for compressed airline products as well as other products used for an industrial wastewater treatment plant. Looking for switches, relief valves, and shorter connection lines to feed the pumps. All products I looked for were there with a few or more to choose from. I know they do not carry pvc plumbing schedule 80, hardly anywhere does anymore. Other things like electrical and tools are easy to find and customer service was great. Thank you for the nice shopping experience.

Had a difficult challenge placing an online order resulting in a higher cost than I believed my purchase should have been. Outstanding effort from two CSR's and intervention by the store manager who was professional and called me in a very timely manner with the appropriate solution. Kudos to the whole team at the Irvington store.

The store has items in stock most of the time and decent prices

I shop at this location and only this location because i always get help when needed and always find what im looking for.. thank you home depot for your clean store and great workers . And great customer service.

I was just in your Home Depot at the spectrum off of Irvington and Calle Santa Cruz in Tucson AZ. You plumbing associates never showed free 20 minutes, the cashier tried getting a hold of your manager Scott for 10 minutes. No one is helpful if it’s not their area.

Isles to narrow and half of the products are not in store .

I went in to buy a husky tool box and on the site it said they had two in stock, i went in to purchase one, there werent any in the gift area. I asked an employee, he agreed there should be two on the floor. Checking in store stock they sold out. Thats the second store.

I bought some shiplap paneling for a project. I bought 2sheets of it. When it was delivered, they dropped it and broke one panel. Later I looked at it and it was the panels for 27.95. I bought the 36.95 ones. So we called. After a 20 minute wait time. We talked to some one and they transferred our call to the store customer service manager. She answered and asked if I could hold . When she answered she said someone would call us back. My husband missed the call. Have not heard from them since. We tried to call back and no one knew anything about it.

Walk clear to one end to check out. Walk clear to other end where you parked and entered. Never again.

Purchased LG Refrigerator and being delivered in 5 days. Appliance salesperson, Raul Reyes was exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable and took time to help me consider floor model vs an on-line option. Made the purchase very easy. Home Depot is the best!

You know what they say about Home Depot, if you need help go somewhere else.

2 Years I have been going into the Home Depot on Irvington, and see some of the same employees again, and again. But they never smile and say hello, just walk past and ignore you.

Lance was amazing. He helped me find the supplies I needed and even explained how some things were used. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and has excellent customer service skills.

Always have a good shopping experience

Ordered online and went in to pick them up. When I got home there was one incorrect item and I needed to get some more items. Went back and they handled everything quickly and kindly. The ladies I dealt with were amazing!!

I had ordered cans of paint online. Never notified that the order had arrived at the store 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love Home Depot but I hate that there’s less check out lanes with people to check you out, if I have to check myself out give me a discount
