Got great and fast customer service today. Hard to come by now a days was really happy with the service.

Couldnt get any help from no employees waited over 30 mins,before buying only 1/2 of what we needed and left

He solved the issue with the discount I requested despite system complexities.

Terri helped me cut up some PVC pipe for my daughters school project. I ended Up bringing extras to help other kids who didn’t get some. I wouldnt Have been able to do that without his help. I had Also been to several stores trying to find a broom handle (or something 3ft) and came up empty. He helped me pick a specific size then cut it for me.

Employees should take pride in their store. Why not have the employees take responsibility for keeping their area clean and stocked?

I had the most friendly employee help me. Even the cashier was very nice.

Over time, Home Depot has made it difficult to receive a well deserved 10% Military Discount. You can't get the discount at check-out anymore. Home Depot insists on registering your personal information on an application, (app). Of course, we all know what they do with that information. With Home Depot's refusal to accept a valid alternative identification of military service, it's easy to take my business elsewhere.

Jonathan in lumber, had good suggestions to solve my lumber needs. He was knowledgeable, efficient and Home Depot should be proud to have him on their staff.

Great service great store

There were absolutely no shopping carts available. Storel Manager Logan tripp made himself unavailable. His assistant told me to look around in the store, maybe someone abandoned one. The worst managed store I have ever visited.

Waited over hour and 30 minutes for someone to load up a pallet of obs no compensation no apologies nothing spent over 2k customer service was horrible

Went to the garden center and after deciding what I was purchasing an associate came over and offered to load up the big bags of potting soil for me and then after I paid for them he asked me to bring my vehicle over and helped me load them up.

Home Depot on Irvington is always clean and staff are always more than helpful! They go out and beyond to assist you and are very knowledgeable. If I have a question they will walk with me and show me different products and even give recommendations based off what I ask. I will always come to this establishment

I remember when the pandemic first started and everybody had to wear a mask and social distance in order to gain access to the store. Apparently the almighty dollar means more than consumer safety. I see so many brainless idiots going into the store thinking that it’s not necessary to wear a mask. There used to be people at the door making sure that you showed love to your fellow men by being concerned with their safety and their own. Now, nobody at that store gives a crap and they don’t care if you wear a mask or not, even though there is signage inside the store saying the complete opposite.

Pleasant shopping, I very much enjoyed my experience shopping at Home Depot this morning. Everyone was so helpful.

Home Depot has an extraordinary employee named Ricardo Ruiz. We would like Home Depot to know that Ricardo is a knowledgeable and extraordinary young man with the best customer service we have ever received from Home Depot or any place else. My husband and I are remodeling a rental home and we have such a big project to complete. We recently purchased 7 doors and a variety of other items to include tools, trim, paint, lights, and a bathroom mirror and, within minutes, Ricardo put together all of the material and tools needed for us. We actually came back to the store the same day and purchased a bathroom cabinet, among other items, and specifically waited for Ricardo. We purchased a great deal of merchandise and we asked Ricardo about tools, paint, medicine cabinet, and other items and he never hesitated to help and offer his advice. Ricardo even helped us with arraigning the payments on our Home Depot credit card. This was not our first experience working with Ricardo. Several years ago, we worked with Ricardo on purchasing the main entrance door to our house, doorknobs and installation of the door. At that time, we thought he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In the years between these two experiences, his knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction have grown exponentially. He is a one-of-a-kind person who has great knowledge of not only his department but the entire store. We would like to thank Ricardo and Home Depot for their assistance with our remodel. As soon as we are finished with the remodeling of our rental property we will start to work on our home. We hope that Ricardo and Home Depot can play a major role in our next project and any projects in the future.

Jose in Plumbing helped me over the phone. He was very attentive to my needs. He told me he had two of the four toilets I wanted, yet when I got there to pay for them, he had put aside three!! He found another one for me. Thank you, Jose!

I am a Oro Valley customer, but had to go to Irvington for a specific item - I returned something from Oro Valley to Irvington without any issues and because I was not familiar with that store, the customer service rep told me where I could find what I needed. Paul in electrical was outstanding and there was a young man in lumber that answered my questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner - thank you all at the Irvington store for making me feel at home in your store, versus my regular HD - Love it!!

Waiting around just to get a question answered by that departments employee is frustrating but waiting around to get the trouble corrected because a manager doesn't bother to show up is unacceptable.

Paints and products are the best at Homedepot.

We made our first LVT purchase and Crystal was an outstanding assistant. All the other staff were also helpful and kind. This is by far the best Home Depot we have shopped at!

This store lacks in the customer service and friendliness department. Don’t expect much help from anyone.

I really want to thank Nicole for saving me a lot of grief and headache by returning my key that I had left at her register counter. I offered her $30 in appreciation for her good deed to buy herself gas or lunch but she politely declined saying that it was against company policy to accept a tip or reward. I can’t thank her enough
