NO face masks on all employees I saw. Pretty careless disregard for the health of their customers and employees.

Marciella, in the Garden Center, was openly complaining about customers asking for help and/or a cart. Since she was only about 3 feet from me (a customer) and another poor soul waiting to ask for help, I suggested she have this conversation in the break room. She had a sassy retort to me as the other customer walked away, hands raised. I understand venting from time to time, but in front of customers???

your employees should be better inform about a delivery of and item and installation I was told you would install it but I was told by the driver there would be a charge been disable was no fun

I shopped in the appliance dept. and had a great sales person

They were letting way too many people in the store.

Home Depot and those are always my first choice to go to. Sometimes they are low on staff.

BIANCA IN THE GARDEN SECTION IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE , THEY ACT COCKY AND MAKE PEOPLE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE! THE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE THINGS ARE ,

Store was great! Instructions on web site for completing the survey are not clear, could use some improvement.

Being a frequent customer of Home Dept, I enlisted the help of your Front Line Manager, Sabrina, with Order No. H0467-207386, as Pro Services were closed on Sundays. She also attended to my other concerns regarding past orders that had errors in them and was knowledgeable in many areas of your organization. Sabrina diligently helped me with these complicated issues, handling them with patience, expertise, cheerfulness and finesse. I experienced superior customer service from your employee. I have never been so impressed in all my dealings with Home Depot and, although extremely busy, I had to write to let you know that Sabrina is a tremendous asset to your company.

The employees at HD on Irvington are really helpful and experienced! Being that I'm a woman, I never feel belittled, they help and talk to me like I was one of the guys, and I love that because I do know alot about construction and they give me that respect. This is my go to place, prices are fare, I never have a problem returning things, and always find what I need. Shout out to Manager Mauricio and Rob in electrical. Awesome knowledgeable guys. I gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement ;-)

For the adjustments that have been made to access to the store during this corona deal, the employees were kind, helpful and we didn't have to wait long.

Everyone was helpful, except for the manager at the front checkout. We're all facing challenging times it doesn't take much to be kind.

This is our to go store. Always has what we need and employees make sure if we have any questions that they are available.

This is my go to first store for home improvements and has been for 25 years. I have never once had a bad experience there with anyone or anything(s) I have bought over the years for my home, rentals and businesses. The only time I shop else where is if they are out of stock or price is worth the hassle going somewhere else. Side note- Being a woman it can be kind of intimidating to go to these kinds of stores at first, but This location quickly took away my first time fears because they have the best employees! They're friendly & readily available to help anytime answer questions or find an item or All the items on my list.

Do not expect any loyalty to Home Depot to be acknowledged or appreciated at this location. Long story short. There was an issue with an online sale sent to this store last year which they promptly lost, which gave me expectations for compensation. What I expected and what the management was willing to give differed by $150. After a lifetime of loyalty to this brand they are willing to loose me as a customer over $150! I even added up my last 3 years of receipts and brought them into the store to convince the manager Lance to bridge the divide. I showed them I spend $5000/year at Home Depot and more impressively I’ve only been to their main competitor 11 times in the last 3 years. This had no effect they couldn’t have cared less. Take my advice. If you have any problems with Home Depot resolve it with .com first, once these impersonal managers are involved nothing can be done for you. Good bye Home Depot

The irvington store in Tucson Az is a very very clean, stocked, organized place employees are all very nice clean helpful polite and always saying hi. Never been treated hateful in this store. Best one I've ever been in.

Store was clean, workers are helfull where they can. My only concern is we had to get a different type of cleaning paper because the one we wanted was out of stock
