I have been going to this particular Home Depot for years, and I have never had an issue with the associates or the store in general. they are all very knowledgeable and friendly, they will put the customer first. Every time I have had trouble finding a particular item, they were right there to help me or at least point me in the right direction.

Was easy to return items with no Hassel , an very good customer service by return associate LuzMaria its always easier when employees enjoy there job Thank you home depot also for having the option to look up credit card receipts..

Looked for product and could not locate it, turned the corner and there was a worker putting a product back on the shelf. I asked if Home Depot carried the product I was looking for and he showed me. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes flat.

Great tree! I bought a 9foot Martha Stewart artificial tree and it's beautiful ! Just do not call for anything ! Go look at the store because I was given wrong information! They said they didn't have any left! They had three!

I do various crafts and often find things I can use to build looms or help with crafting at Home Depot. Today, for example, I needed dowels for a project and the price/selection at Home Depot is much better than at any craft store. Found a section of PVC pipe that made a great stand for braiding kumihimo awhile ago. Also shop there for the regular hardware, household and appliance items. We bought a refrigerator about a year ago and the price was good, the salesperson was very helpful and the delivery service men were great.

I had to make an exchange on Black Friday and was pretty worried because it was very busy. My cashier LUZMARIA was great! She helped me make the exchange. She was very professional and kind. ELKE in the garden department greeted me and helped me to the returns center and also provided excellent customer service during this busy day and helped to make the transaction much less stressful. RILEY in the hardware department was very knowledgable about the different types of saws and helped me to pick the correct tools for the job I was doing. I usually do not do reviews but I was absolutely blown away with the service that I got and its transactions and customer service like this that keeps me shopping at this store for all my home improvement needs! It is now such a pleasure to shop your store; you have won me back from previous poor experiences of primarily, customer service. Price, selection, availability, and quality of products are very similar to your competition but the difference was always your employees. I left and was doing my shopping elsewhere until over one year ago, when I decided to try you again and I could not believe how much you had changed. I find that your employee's willingness to help us (your customers) with sincere desire is making you my store of choice when it comes to the products that you offer.

Had five or six items in my hands and went up to customer service to ask a question on the way to checkout, after the rep answered my question he offered to ring up my order without me even asking. This saved me a wait in line and I thought I was great he offered that to me.

Associates are very informative and knowledgeable.

I purchased paint and other products for my restroom and kitchen. In every place I needed some assistance I was able to get great Ideas for my projects and help selecting only the products I needed to do the job.

Since the nearest HD store is 100 miles away, when I'm traveling I often take advantage and pick up items from nearby stores. This one was 250 miles from home, yet the layout and experience was as expected- familiar and excellent!

The store kept safty first to customers, while using fork lifts. But at the same time being very efficient.

The store wasn't overcrowded and the parking is ample. I got in and got out in a minimal amount of time.

The store is locate to serve the south and west side Tucson area. I found everything I was looking for and the employees at the garden area were very helpful. I think they need more cashiers specially Saturday and Sundays that the store is packed.

We had an aluminum door window blind still under warranty purchased from this store two years ago that suddenly would not work, so took it to our local Home Depot and were waited on by Latwaun Elliott, Department Supervisor. He and an associate went out of their way to try and fix the item, and after finding that was impossible he phoned the vendor and obtained permission to replace it free of charge. He then found an in-stock replacement, plus another one for second outside door that we wanted; then personally took us to the service desk at the store entrance and got everything arranged and ready for my payment for the additional item. His actions really raised my opinion of Home Depot! Latwaun is to be commended for his outstanding caring, dedication and service to his customers! Home Depot should be really proud of him and set him up as an example for their other associates, nation-wide, to emulate!

Bought a BBQ grill and had a issue with it that involved a kinked gas supply hose. I was taken care of, but I had to return to the store to get the new hose.

Are all the employees super nice when they are hired or do they turn out that way just by working there? That red spot on the floor on isle 28, that was me, sorry, spilt a quart of red paint. I told someone and that got someone to clean it up without making me feel bad. You guys are always willing to help find something or give advice about a project. I love the self check-out, don't change it. I hardly ever find anything out of stock, good job, inventory guy! Keep up the good work.
