Never a problem with these employees always a solution very eager to help

Great plane selections at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They sub contract out and have no idea how what is going on. They need to review their contracts, update their computer programs, and retrain in customer service skills. Just to clarify Liberty Garage doors who did the install was great!

I was looking for a particular plant lightbulb and had a photo of it. I am really sorry I did not get this woman’s name, but as she greeted me and saw that I was obviously looking for something, she took me to the aisle, but we couldn’t find the right wattage. She confidently said “ wait right here, I know somebody that knows exactly where it is.” Sure enough he came around. I showed him a photo and he took me right to it. As a matter of fact, I only needed one, but there was only two left on the shelf, so I took both. Then I explained that I have a fixture that hangs on the wall and asked if they had anything like that. He showed me what they have which, of course, I bought. I then went to customer service and requested to talk to the manager. I had to tell him how great his staff is and requested that he tell them. I always preferred Home Depot, but it’s experiences like this That just stand out!

Horrible experience with flooring department. Problem with their computer systems, they cannot find the orders without the order numbers, some of the orders show up some dont, and they have no idea why.

I’ve been shopping in this Manahawkin NJ store since I moved here in 2002 and I love it. The help is always there when I needed them. And I always seem to find what I’m looking for. Inventory selection is great.

The sales associates in this store are super helpful and go above and beyond to help with assistance. I use this store for renovation projects, DIY projects and equipment rental and have always been satisfied with the end result.

We were treated so respectful and received personal attention by two outstanding employees.along with 2 managers at customer service in purchase of 2 kitchen wall cabinets.

We’ve got arguably two home improvement stores in my area. My most recent visit I was pleased to see how clean and organized it was.

The products are always in stock and competitively priced. The sales associates are very pleasant, helpful and most of all, they are available, which is somewhat unusual in most retail stores these days!

I just recently rented a backpack leaf blower for 24hrs. Upon using the machine, it died within roughly 10minutes of continuous use. I called the store and they said I could exchange it for a new one. At this point I was too far from the store to drive back and forth to get the job done. I was not allowed to extend the rental time due to travel and was not offered a refund or credit. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this store. Two previous times I rented power washers to which BOTH were faulty and I was met with the same result. This last time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The store associates (short, fat old guy with glasses and a tall, white haired older guy) just looked at me like I was an idiot when I told them the issues until they actually tried the machine. Never again will I rent from HD. Lost this customer!!!

Store is usually a disaster. Aisles always closed at prime contactor shopping time. Registers are backed up because there is one cashier at the contractor checkout, but four chatting at the self checkout.

Coming to the same store for 10+ years. I'm a retired retail store manager. 40+ years. I think I know a little bit about customer service. Is there an associate every five feet waiting for me... obviously, not. Is there someone who is usually busy with their tasks who is willing and enthusiastic to help me when asked? Yes.

Sales person of major appliance very good. Donna. *** Product installers,( washer~ dryer), ignored my repeated requests to only hook up cold water on my new washing machine. They instead hook up hot water. Repeatedly called as they were leaving property, they ignored call. Have to reschedule another morning visit. Reschedule two times: wait two more windows of 7-11 am, and NO SHOWS. Rescheduled for a third day, almost ten days after original purchase, of washer dryer, for correct install. Early October. Never again.

I am an elderly female. When I look to purchase a tool, I am not treated as a confused old lady. Growing up in a construction family, I know what tools are what and what they are used for. I still do some handyman work myself. Went 1 time to the competitor for a particular tool. Sales clerk didn't have a clue what I was talking about. HD had what I wanted. He didn't question my knowledge.

Everyone was kind, and helpful. The store in Manahawkin is the cleanest and most organized Home Depot I have ever been to. Great Halloween display! Thank you Home Depot!

Excellent Home Depot !!

Went there to buy Insulation and my Grandson saw a Forklift. He's 3 and for him that's uber exciting. Employee named Mac noticed and "created" a Forklift Specialist" Certification document and awarded it to him. Little thing that was a BIG deal to both of us. He even said "Bye" to him as we left. At checkout another employee (Linda K.) gave him a Lollipop/Water and made a big deal out of his Certification....again just making a child's day is easy but to them AND to me it became a memorable visit. Hats off to Manager who hired both of these Employees and hopefully they're recognized for their great attitude!!

I just want to give a quick Shout Out to Joanne and Kevin, who helped me today in the Paint section at Home Depot! They were quick to help me with everything I was trying to figure out and then they were really nice and kind when they were prepping all the materials I needed for my project! The paint counters at Home Depots should have Tip Cups!!! :)

I had occasion to shop today at the Home Depot store today in Manahawkin and had the pleasure of meeting the new store manager Rob. Rob took the Home Depot shopping experience to a new level. He has positive energy and goes above an beyond to make sure the customer has a positive experience. How nice it would be if all retail store employees shared Ron's level of concern and interest it servicing customers. Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee and is to be commended.
