I had occasion to shop today at the Home Depot store today in Manahawkin and had the pleasure of meeting the new store manager Rob. Rob took the Home Depot shopping experience to a new level. He has positive energy and goes above an beyond to make sure the customer has a positive experience. How nice it would be if all retail store employees shared Ron's level of concern and interest it servicing customers. Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee and is to be commended.

My husband and I came in with several returns from different orders. Normally the customer service personnel get impatience, but Donna did not. She was pleasant, patience and make the process seamless.

Always have a good stock and employees are courteous and helpful.

Geno in lumber was so helpful and we are glad he was there to help us there should be more team members like this in this store

Every time I need something I know I can ask the staff for help and I get treated properly.

I use the app when I have items that fit in the purchased locker. Shopping in the aisles for lumber. garden or large items is simple enough; and checkout is always easy. Prices are competitive

Nick was patient and knowledgeable in helping me, he enlisted his coworker Jim's help. They were both wonderful.

I had a lot of questions for this particular project and Mack was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Most helpful Home Depot employee ever = Geno. I'm a solo first-time homeowner; l've never done any big home improvement/DIY projects on my own, so I really don't have a ton of knowledge besides the research I do online. I went in w/ lots of questions, & Geno took the time to fully understand my project & help provide every single answer as well as the many cuts I needed on my lumber. He was so kind & honestly one of the most helpful Home Depot associates I've ever worked with. Rob & Joanna=also amazing & helpful with TONS of questions & helping me find products for my project within budget.

There was a problem concerning the dishwasher we ordered and the store manager resolved it for us. Today we ordered flooring and Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful. He is also very personable and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Home Depot. We also like that they help veterans and have the Home Depot Foundation.

We are from Bergen County, NJ and have many Home Depot stores within 15 miles of us and yet choose to go to the Manahawkin store which is 2 hours from our main residence. The people are so friendly and helpful! Don't ever change!!!

I recently needed solid wood slab doors which were not in the store so I ordered them online and they arrived two days later which was ahead of schedule and they are beautiful.

Just bought an LG refrigerator. I am happy with the refrigerator and the delivery, set up and removal of my old refrigerator went very well. I received excellent service when purchasing this refrigerator.

Linda K, James, and another wonderful guy (I'm so bad at names I'm sorry! He was taller, glasses, strong haha!) Were so great. They had us in and out and everywhere we needed to be. The guys loaded the truck up in NO TIME!! I hope these 3 are getting paid their worth and more, they made this trip stressfree and I never felt like an inconvenience. Amazing people, thank you guys!!

I USED A GIFT CARD TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE I WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE ROMAN SHADE.I RETURNED IT TO MY LOCAL STORE AND WAS CREDITED WITH A GIFT CARD. I WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD NOT BE USED FOR ONLINE ORDERS. IT COULD ONLY BE USED IN THE STORE. TOTALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY INCONVENIENT. I WILL NO LONGER GIFT ANYONE A HOME DEPOT GIFT CARD,AS I SOMETIMES HAVE, FOR FEAR THAT THIS COULD HAPPEN TO THEM

I needed a power drill for a retractable screen that I was purchasing there, Nick was the associate that helped me find a drill that would help me with this job and I appreciated his help because I am not too knowledgeable about that tool. It was much appreciated!

I bought a $78 piece of birch plywood and needed it cut which was done in store. I needed 54” cut. Once I returned home and went to use the wood, I realized that it was cut 52”. So I brought it back to the store and told them what happened and wanted to return the wood. They would not accept the wood/return since it was already cut. Yet it was cut 2 hours previously in store and incorrectly by an employee. Now I’m stuck with a $78 piece of lumber that I have no use for. Do better.

Several employees like Nick are super helpful.

Simple visit. Cashier, Linda K, was very nice and friendly. Nice when that happens.
