I have never had any issues with this store. I hardly patron it, but when I do, I have no problems with the workers and they are pretty friendly.

If you see Steve as the cashier just go to self checkout. He will be too busy complaining to other employees about having to work to even notice you waiting at the counter.

It took over 5minutes for a supervisor to help the cashier who could find a price. 3 of them were busy talking and laughing. I had a flat of bulky items and was not offered loading help. I’m a 60ish female and when I tried to do it myself I had to ask for help. No one ever came. Very disappointing.

This is a good store but has room for improvement. The phone is not answered, - the service needs improvement. The Forked River Store is a far superior store with great service via phone or when you walk in. Customer Service here is excellent.

This store is well stocked and neatly organized. The site is readily accessible with ample parking. The hours are convenient and generally the store is bright and clean. There are typically sufficient store associates to get assistance promptly. Most cashiers are friendly. A particularly convenient service is order online and then pick-up at the store. For in-stock items this is a great time saver.

Excellent people work here! Scott at the windows/doors department; Sally and Erin at customer service. And there are so many others who are helpful. This place is awesome.

The Manahawkin Home Depot store has some of the nicest and most knowledgeable HD employees - I have shopped at over 10 HD stores! Keep up the great work!

Yanira was our sales associate. She provided us with exceptional service. Was very knowledgable and very patient, as I asked many questions. Went in for a dryer but ended up getting a washer too!

I live within 15 miles of the store since it opened, I've always come here first , I usually find what I need. I think it's a great store with great people working there sucky sides that every weekend it's packed so they must be doing something right. You should be able to put emojis in your reviews.

Everyone is very magical feels like I am going to Disney land everytime!

Employees in paint department are not helpful. I have no experience in choosing supplies for expensive wood door staining and sealing. Woman was downright nasty and the other was not knowledgeable.

Spent almost $1000 on a refrigerator... Tried calling the day to arrange pick up ... 30 minutes and several calls no one ever picked up ... Asked to speak to store manager who appeared with an attitude when I explained the situation ... took 40 minutes to have refrigerator brought to front of store by two employees who couldn't get it into the truck we rented to bring it home ... totally aggravated I went back in the store and returned the refrigerator ... lost money on truck rental and total waste of time as we live over 30 minutes away ... UNPROFESSIONAL

Very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople. Driving cart to help get around in case you have walking difficulties like I do having just being in recovery after fracturing a bone under my spine and unable to be on my feet for long periods of time. Since redoing my bathroom the cart helped me get around to make selections easy.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I have had many years of great service in both the Manahawkin NJ store, the Danbury CT store, and The New Milford CT store. I have built homes, renovated parts of homes, and have used Home Depot services for things such as a new roof, kitchen counter tops, new front door and storm door. I always recommend Home Depot to anyone looking to do home projects.

The Manahawkin 0951 Home Depot store is absolutely the BEST in all of southern Jersey. The associates are second to none and the store is always well stocked, clean and orderly. I travel 22 miles to shop this store when I reside only 5 miles from another nearby store. That's dedication!
