The whole team in the windows & flooring department worked together to give us great service on our window shade order. Ivan was really courteous and precise when coming out to measure, and the people at the desk in the store (Liz, Debbie, Eric and Anthony) all combined together to put our order through and find us a huge number of discounts.

I love shopping here there is so many products around the whole store. I always seem to get lost but some sales associates know what they are talking about. I had seen Kenny the sales associate who works in the middle of store and he helped me find my items a lot quicker than I would have myself. He kept it professional and was very friendly and gave me a variety of choices to choice from. I will try to find Kenny again next time I go to Home Depot. One thing I do not like about shopping here is the noisy shopping carts this is why I rated Home Depot a 4 stars instead of a 5.

In the paint department the 2 men at the counter had no time to help us because they were busy on their cell phones. We purchased mulch and had to retrieve it out in the parking lot. The men out their on their phones never looked at out receipt to verify what we had purchased.

Mack helped me pick out all my needs for my garage remodel.

Store would not honor price on their app, that was specific to their store. Grrrrr...

This store and its' associates are the very best in the THD store family. Go see for yourself, and compare it to other THD stores you have visited.

Ocean Count HD stores are about the best stores to go to. All employees are always wonderful in helping you when help is asked for. Manahawkin store is EXCEPTIONAL!! The Team Associates will not only tell you where to find something, but they will actually WALK YOU TO what you need. If that Associate can find the item, will go the extra mile. Call out to other Associates. The SERVICE is EXCEPTIONAL. All the other stores in Ocean County, Team Associates will help as well. No complaints.

We found everything we needed and even a few wants. The store was clean and the cashier was awesome. Barbara Kaplan was so patient and kind with me. I appreciated her kindness, and made sure I thanked her. Please thank her again.

Store was outstanding Because of your employee Yanira, I purchased a shower door online and received notice it was delivered but I never received it. Since I purchased online Yanira explained to me that I need to contact HD.COM. Yanira connected me and stayed on MUTE, until the issue was resolved. At one point we got disconnected and she called me back. Yanira was EXCEPTIONAL, AMAZING and a TRUE ASSET to HD. I also spoke to Ruth at HD.com who was equally as exceptional as Yanira. AWESOME EMPLOYEES

I’ve almost always had a good shopping experience at the Manahawkin Home Depot but it seems lately they’ve really upped their game. My last few visits (and I average twice a month at least) have been great. It’s good to know you can go to your local store and be treated with courtesy and respect. In the past year I’ve had a few trips that didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped, but the associates were and are always helpful and friendly. If they can’t solve your problem they find someone who can. I overheard a young man tell a customer, who had asked for assistance, ‘this isn’t my department but I’ll page someone who is more knowledgeable and while we’re waiting, I’ll do my best to help you find what you need.’ Now that’s good customer service.

Always an excellent experience when I come to this store

I found the older employees and some seniors are the most helpful and more personable. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need. It seems they extend the values that we hold all dear. Last year it was not so. Younger employees made it a point to disappear and many times I had to walk all over the store to find what I needed. Thank you for hiring seniors! I find they are always willing to help you and are a positive asset to your store!!!!

I am a long time customer and fan of this particular Home Depot. I have had roofing done by them when they did roofing, I have purchased doors and had them installed, and by many other home improvement items from this store. My experience is always a pleasant one. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and I always find what I am looking for, and when I don't know how to do something Home Depot has great videos which I have watched to complete my project.
