I asked a courtesy man to help me find a handy cap vehicle, there were none on that side of the store. he never came back, he went back to work and just left me there., I complained and another women went and got me one. later that same day a women at courtesy yelling at me during a transaction. And the young Hispanic so called manager who I complained to about the man was there that time, heard it and did nothing. the next day my husband and me purchased a 350.00 grill they would not help my husband put it in the car, the store staff just walked away and were angry that he asked, and sent out a the poor cart guy by him self without any rope or ties, my husband has a heart condition. it was a terrible struggle but we got it in. I do not know why they hated us. we were treated more like shoplifters than customers

Always a pleasure to shop here. Products available almost all the time. Women at cashier was very friendly, with a great disposition. Clean store with clean restrooms.

This is my go - to source of materials and supplies for my summer rental house on LBI. Last week associates helped me with quick procurement of a replacement laundry dryer while tenants were in the house, and I was 125 miles away.

Everyone in the store was friendly & helpful. Items were easy to find & properly displayed. I go there all the time.

Must be something in the air but most of the employees I've encountered seem to enjoy and value their jobs. Always friendly and helpful. Things used to be less enthusiastic but perhaps the COVID pandemic has made everyone kinder and more patient.

Missy and Pat in the kitchen design department are THE BEST!

The cashier was very rude, not just to me, but everyone else she rung out. The lady at the door was also extremely rude. Might not ever come back. Customer interaction is a huge key in any business. This will hurt Home Depot.

We have a house near the Manahawkin store and are on our second whole home renovation that we are sourcing our materials exclusively through this store. Every employee we have encountered has gone above and beyond for us. There service and expertise is second to none compared to any other store we've been to. We can't thank them enough for making our renovation experience exceptional.

Employees are very pleasant and helpful though the entire store. It was clean and well organized with all items I looked at clearly marked with pricing and detailed descriptions.

Merchandise that was supposed to be in stock was not. I could not order half of what I wanted in the store at the customer service desk because they were special order items. Does that make sense? Also, as a veteran, I was not able to get a discount online. I had to go in to order and then they couldn't place half the order. The part of the order that was placed in store had difficulty getting adjusted to reflect military discount. It took over an hour at the customer service desk.

The Home Depot in Stafford Township is a busy place. With that being said, every employee, especially Jody and the man in lighting are extremely friendly and helpful and always have time even with working in such a busy store. I enjoy shopping at a place where the employees are happy to help you and really enjoy what they do. Thank you to Jody especially for making my day a happy one.
