I have never entered the store without being greeted, and the staff makes me feel as though my questions are serious, and matter

I submitted a survey for store 59 on Hillsdale ave in san jose ca but at the end it thanked me for commenting on this store???? Hope my satisgaction survey mskes it to the rigjt place!

Every time we shop at this location, we are impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well as the friendliness of the employees. When we need help finding something, there is always someone nearby willing to assist us. The employees are informative and knowledgeable. We will continue to shop here for all of our home improvement needs.

It's always hard to find someone to help. If you do they don't go out of their way to help. Usually you find 3 employees standing around chit chatting, and look at you as if you were interrupting them.

Not satisfied with the online ordering. Ordered a fireplace husband came to pick up and they gave him the wrong one. Their blaming the warehouse. Well what happens when it's received at the store? Is anyone checking in this product?

This store is very clean and well organized. In addition the customer service was superior over other Home Depots I have visited in Northern NJ. Great job! Would definitely shop at this store again.

We have been working on several home projects which required some assistance. Had multiple experiences with Bill and Cathy in Flooring and Sally at Customer Service for some special order items. I appreciated their focus on customer service and offered polite and knowledgeable information making the experience a positive one. This location is my first choice as a local resident.

The Manahawkin Home Depot is a favorite of mine. The employees are kind and helpful. The cashier, Yanira, is a very nice and very congenial person.
