LOVE THE DEPOT! IT'S WHERE I FIND ALL THE TOOLS I NEED.

Maria and Dorisol the sales cashier. Maria and Dorisol anre always very nice and courteous to all the customers today she saw that I was waiting in line and she called me over and asked me how my day was going. They took the time to go above and beyond to assist me the customer.

I surprisingly found kindness and patience in a large store and crowded Sunday afternoon day. The cashier was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful with last minute questions and order I placed

I would like to mention that there are wonderful employees who are always there to help me in my orders. They are attentive, helpful and go beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With them shopping at this Home Depot is a pleasure. They are Elena, Helen, Marcia and Katherine.

Associates today were very helpful and willing to assist.

I received excellent guidance from the employees who were very friendly and efficient.

My mom of 75 years of age busted her butt due to a 3 foot pipe that camouflaged to the floor since it’s the same color. We went to go inform an associate and suggested having management paint the pole a brighter color so it’s more visible. The associate clearly didn’t care and had zero compassion for an elderly lady that just ate it. Nonetheless the other incompetent staff members didn’t know where stuff was and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I will never return to this crap hole. I’ll spend my money else where that I know I’ll get quality and I can interact with competent individuals.

A cashier by the name of Raquel took care of me regarding an item that was missing in an electrical product I have previously purchased. She was extremely friendly and went an extra mile to help me. Another employee (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) who was busy with something else, left what he was doing to help us in our problem. Both were extremely helpful.

Home Depot needs more people like mahogany who works and willing to help others when needed

Ashley the cash register in the self check out in the morning shift greeted me and asked me how my day was going. Ashley displayed excellent customer service and cares for her job. Ashley is what makes the difference with Home Depot

Wanda the pro desk cashier always goes above and beyond. We go to the Miami Home Depot on 8 st literally on a daily basis for the past 5 years and Wanda has always been a super employee

It is nearly impossible to find anyone to help in this Home Depot. Every orange shirt I contact says the same thing "I do not work in that department." Occasionally they offer to get someone but that someone never shows up..

I love to find the BetterGrow orchids at an affordable price. I wish that they would include their names and cross information.

I had a huge order to make and the girl that assisted me was super nice and patient while also helping me find the correct items I needed.

The customer service in this store is the worse I ever see

The new Manager, Josh, is making a difference at this store. Meeting customers and helping them go through the Customer Service line and adding cashiers. I could see him dash around the area making sure customers were being attended to. In addition, my casher, Ms. Yenicsa was so pleasant, sweet and efficient! I used to hate going to this chaotic and messy store, It’s finally turning around, thank goodness.

My experience in the store was excellent my phone exactly what I need and there was no waiting in line
