I was waiting for pick up my order by, I've forgotten put the tax ID and the AIXA cachier was very friendly helping me

I needed to return an item and see if another style by the same manufacturer was available. Your employee, Christina, was a tremendous help. Though we could not find it available in your store or any other HD, she kept searching in order to be certain that she had checked all the possibilities. She is a great asset to your store and to that of Home Depot.

Ashlyn has great customer service. She was very helpful in assisting us in finding the right product. We were able to accomplish our project at home. Thank you ashlyn for going beyond for your customers at Home Depot.

The employees were super helpful. I found everything I needed in stock. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Horrible customer service, also tried contacting manager by phone, Mia was not helpful nor tried to find a solution. When I asked for last name, she hung up the phone. Had issue with store credit being issue to an employee of a firm, so no one else in the firm can use, confirmed that money was lost. $180.00 Which is called stealing from customers, great policy! Will no longer shop at any of the stores. Should invest Customer Service course for employees.

If you need to buy anything from Home Depot go to this store, you’ll have a great experience

Excellent store. The best customer service in Miami. Pro desk girls are excellent. Paint department are always ready to help. Javier and Neil could deliver your purchased anytime right on time. Customers service at pro desk is the best, Marcia, Arlen, Maria, Luisa, Wanda, Jenny and the rest of the team always are willing to help and they know what they’re doing. CLEAN AND ORGANIZED PREMISES, WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP

The place is extremely clean and organized. The prices were in their places never Scatter all over. The parking is Super Big I found parking next to the place I was going to really easy and conveniently on Southwest 8th Street and near by 27th Avenue. Thank you Home depot
