Trying to get anyone to help you is difficult. I had to squeeze into the pine straw truck and squeeze out the bales of pine straw I had purchased, it was chain locked and trying to get someone to help unlock the truck was not happening. No cashiers, only the self checkouts were open. No help, no service. No friendly employees. I’m done with Home Depot.

Each time I shop at the Midtown store # 0159 I'm treated like a welcome guest. When I ask where an item is they make sure I find it and when checking out the cashier was extremely helpful. They even asked if I needed help getting the items to my car.

This store is a tightly run ship. Overall, the customer service was great. I bought items to revamp my home for Spring and the consumer experience was top-notch. A knowledgeable and courteous staff along with quality product has now made Home Depot Midtown my go-to for my home improvement needs. A big-shot out to Clarissa, Vanessa and Vincent. The Manager Marquise has also provided great leadership for the awesome shopping experience I had. Keep it up!

We do a lot of shopping at Home Depot over 40,000 in the last month alone they have great offers great deals delivery service they basically work with you credit and financing so for me Home Depot was a plus

Quite a poor selection of wood moldings. PVC and coated mdf are available at high cost but no wood. Really poor attitude from three people I interacted with. I have been disappointed too often to return to this store.

The service at this Home Depot was top tier. My fiance and I came in to discuss kitchen plans and got such great ideas and more information than we anticipated. Sekou answered all of our questions, explained the process, guided us to make some decisions and ultimately helped us to determine all we needed for our perfect kitchen. The time spent with us was beyond what we would expect or anything we have gotten from other home improvement stores.

Of all of the Home Depot visited, Jonesboro Rd, Wesley Chapel, Morrow , Riverdale and Midtown, the Midtown has always been my preferred one. Reasons why? Waiting is less, everything seems more organized, easier access to MODs, associates are more friendly and knowledgeable.

I appreciate that I see many of the same employees when I shop here. They are always helpful when I ask questions and offer good solutions.

I was in a real rush today. Mannetta answered the phone and answered all my Qs. She even pulled the item I need and held it at the cust service desk. Great service.

I will never shop with Home Depot again. I frequently shop in this store as it is close to my home. I came into the store around 9pm to pick up some tools for a new project. Shortly after entering the store, I noticed that through every aisle I walked, I kept seeing a Fulton County Sheriff Officer a few steps either behind me or in the main aisle starting at me as I shopped. This man was every where I went throughout the store for almost an hour. He was even in the checkout area while I was checking out. I have never felt more appalled while shopping. The store staff offer zero help when I asked to speak to him after I was done shopping because he vanished after I was checked out by a store associate.

Clean and nice store . Amazing

I was happy to find most of the plants and accessories I wanted until I got to the checkout. Six of my 11 items rang up HIGHLY overpriced compared to the price displayed. I tried to correct the cashier, but he just shrugged and said that’s what rang up. Five of my plants rang up 33% over the display and one planter rang up 150% over the displayed price. I walked straight over to the service desk for a full refund. Not a great way to run a business. I was a $100 ticket and walked out empty handed.

This location sets the bar when it comes to other locations I've visited. You always feel a worth and jolliness from the staff that is there. Keep up the great work store #0159.

Tom the gentleman that answered my questions and checked me out was great. He was knowledgeable and funny.That kind of customer service is rare these days

I bought a couple of things by mistake. It was early Sunday morning. I figured I just run in and run out drop it off for my small return. Well there was a big long line and only one person at the desk. I admit I was grumpy by the time I get up to the counter, she looked at me and just smiled, and I just melted! we were laughing and joking she got everything done for me very quickly and I was in and out of there it’s all about the people in business

Bought a brand new GE Stove on clearance at the Home Depot, what a great deal & what a smooth and easy process. The stove is awesome and the sales people could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I would recommend the Home Depot on ponce to any and everyone.
