The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never encountered so many people that are just rude and disrespectful in my life. The store should be closed and trained again. Just terrible.

I went to buy a Thermacell E-Series mosquito repellent after much research and checking that the store had them in stock. None were on the shelf where it was marked. None were stored above or anywhere near. I asked an employee, William (an older guy with white hair and a beard) for help. This guy was terrific and found them somewhere. He went above and beyond!!!

Crystal and Ari at customer service made sure they took care of me they are so nice and helpful you have the right ladies working in that area my experience at this Home Depot was amazing I will be back….

I always find fresh plants, well organized in the garden center, at reasonable prices.

Simple return with a purchase from another Home Depot store. System glitched and did not show the same price of the item. The difference was less than a dollar but instead of just working through that in a positive way the staff and the assistant manager both were rude and basically said that they can’t do anything with the system prices when they absolutely have the ability to correct a pricing issue within the system. Not the first time I’ve had poor customer service at this location.

If you shop the Ponce DeLeon store, avoid Janice at self checkout. Rudest employee we have ever met at any home depot.

Both the store manager and an associate took a lot of time to make sure I was taken care of and to find the item I needed. Very customer service oriented. Great experience.

I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Art and Vernon in the tool department helped me out and were very patient. I recommend them to anyone!

Terrible customer service. Employees are unprofessional, return desk disorganized, extremely long wait and no line no one there to help you. Ask for help and get an attitude. I will take my business somewhere else. I am a general contractor and thousands of dollars a week or. I do not need the hassle and my time wasted. Time is money.

Easy, Fast checkout, Everything was in stock that I came to get. Only negative of this location is that it was hard to find someone who worked there to ask where the items were.

I choose most of the time to drive a longer distance to shop here than to the closer competition; it has more quality and variation of products. Besides the customer service its being always very good even on this pandemic times. Friendly and very clean.

Tried to buy two ceramic tiles. Told I had to buy entire box even though there were loose tiles on the shelf. Tiles had barcodes on them, so they should have scanned but they did not. Manager not helpful. Made one trip from front to back of store to get a SKU and was expected to do so again when it didn't work.

I bought a new power surge protector for my computer.
