Mackilyn (00008 51873) was very helpful with my return and direction to where to find items I was shopping for.

I have a wonderful experience today at store #0159, with Appliance Specialist, ALICIA TAYLOR.

If and when you visit this location a gentleman by the name Andrew, in the paint department is excellent on items located in the store and very professional, and excellent customer service!

Vanessa in customer service is the best !!

Went in for a consultation on a bathroom remodel, Sekou took his time to understand our needs and desires. He walked us through how the whole process works and we felt incredibly comfortable with him. He didn't pressure us into over the top extras, worked with our budget well. We would absolutely recommend anyone to sekou for their kitchen remodel needs!

One had a terrible attitude and at the end of the transaction just threw the receipt at me and didn't say anything else. He even told another customer service rep to finish checking me out because he didn't want to. If he didn't wanna work he should'nt have come to work

Jessica is a customer service angel. She is knowledgeable of Home Depot inventory, and knows how to solve challenges and order issues. Jessica is an expert. She is smart, helpful and goes out of her way to provide 5 star service.

Jeremiah was such a pleasant and mindful associate. He went out of his way to accommodate us.

I’m just going to say that the 5 employees I encountered this evening acted as if I was bothering them. Neither truly answered my questions or took ownership in finding someone thdt could.

Josh in Gardening not only helped me pick out pavers and gave me advise on how to lay them, he picked them up, put them on my cart, pushed my cart to checkout and loaded my car! He also helped me go inside to find the perfect house plant for my Mom's birthday! He was so personable and nice. He helped others without making me feel like I was not a priority as well. Great job hiring Josh! I definitely see more people there asking you if you need help and going above and beyond. It's like it was when it first opened up!

I love visiting the Ponce De Leon Home Depot Location because the staff always goes above and beyond to assist me during my visits. Over the past year, I've had several major home projects that I needed to buy materials for. During my frequent visits Marquis, Brittany, Juan, Crystal, and Dee have been tremendously helpful. There is a Home Depot location that is closer to my home, but I prefer to drive a few additional minutes just to buy from these familiar faces. Thanks again for all of your help!

I've been going here since the 2000s. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The cashier helped me in a way that was above what I was expecting.

When I approached the associate who was handling cutting wood, I gave him the precise measure of 38.25" for the two shelves I purchased to add to my amoire. The measurement was precisely done on the existing shelf. When I gave him the 38.25" measurement, he said 38.5 and I said no and repeated the correct measurement. As soon as we arrived home and tried to put the shelves into the amoire, we couldn't. I attempted to return them for correction but was told they couldn't because of employee safety. I understand that but do no understand why they would not then give me two new shelves and cut them properly.

Crystal and Jas went above and beyond the service to help me great customer service!

Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about nearly every product in the store. Not only was he assisting me and other customers, but he also answered questions from his colleagues. The checkouts were open and operating allowing us to check out expeditiously!

Art is the man! Customer service was EXCELENTE!!

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never encountered so many people that are just rude and disrespectful in my life. The store should be closed and trained again. Just terrible.

I went to buy a Thermacell E-Series mosquito repellent after much research and checking that the store had them in stock. None were on the shelf where it was marked. None were stored above or anywhere near. I asked an employee, William (an older guy with white hair and a beard) for help. This guy was terrific and found them somewhere. He went above and beyond!!!

Crystal and Ari at customer service made sure they took care of me they are so nice and helpful you have the right ladies working in that area my experience at this Home Depot was amazing I will be back….
