Great Service
Great customer service, and the manager Tiffany was so helpful in assisting us with locating the items we needed. The store has changed for the BETTER. Also this location was stocked, clean, and organized.

        Staff could not locate an online order on my initial pick-up visit to the store, so I had to make an additional trip to the store to pick up the item when they found it. Despite the inconvenience, the service provided by Mannetta and Jalen on the two separate trips was really great in the way they apologized for the inconvenience and handled a special price adjustment situation.

                      I was shopping at the Home Depot across from Ponce City Market and the service, atmosphere, employees, everything was awesome!                             Brandon Stewart makes great keys
                            Sometimes hardware stores don't get keys cut correctly. The kiosk aluminum keys wear out too quickly. I know my keys will work every time if Brandon makes them.

                                The Best Home Depot Ever
                                This is the BEST Home Depot hands down! I literally live 45 minutes away but this place is definitely worth the drive. Jay with customer service was absolute amazing! He welcomed us with a smile and made the transactions as seamless as possible. Damaris was EXTREMELY knowledgeable! She explained how to properly measure my floor registers and type of products to buy. Justin helped me load my car with my 20 bags of people rocks, 10 bags of mulch, and 10 stones. I didn’t even ask for help, he was right there waiting. Thanks Home Depot

                                        I went there looking for a screw and I literally just needed help finding the washer to fit since I didn’t see anyone on display, I went to ask for help on the aisle; twice I asked management and the last time I asked a random associate, I was in the store which was empty for over 15 minutes and no one came to the aisle despite me watching serval associates walk by and the manager go outside to play in his phone

                                            Crystal is absolutely a delight. Her and everyone working customer service worked so hard to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. They were incredibly busy, and Crystal still took the time to help me individually with a problem I was having regarding an order pick up. When the trash can that I ordered was not in stock, she did everything she good to make my experience better and I really appreciate her for it! Top notch service and an excellent employee!

                                              Flooring install- I wish I could give Home Depot and their subcontractor negative stars
                                              I used HD for a flooring install for my bathroom and laundry room. From start to finish, I've never dealt with such an incompetent company, Home Depot, or their flooring subcontractor, USIG. Once I paid for my order in September 26, 2022, I waited over a month with no communication from HD, and upon an inquiry on the status of the install, I received a phone call the next day saying that the order was ready for delivery, I assumed that they had forgotten to schedule. The delivery arrive at my condo complex on November 9th, and the delivery driver unloaded a few pallets of materials, but he isn't the one to actually bring the materials into my condo, I had to coordinate that with another "contractor." Two guys showed up later that day to break down the pallets and carry the materials into my place. They showed up with only a vehicle, no dolly, no cart, etc., and proceeded to carry one box at a time of material. I offered to let them use my wagon to help out, and we stored all of the material, include 20' long pieces of trim under my stairs. Inconvenient as it took up a lot of space in my apartment but assumed the flooring contractor would be coming in the near future, so no big deal. They also left the pallets out in front of my place and I literally had no where at my complex to dispose of them. I wasn't allowed to actually schedule my appointment with the flooring subcontractor until the materials arrived. Once they were delivered, I called to schedule, but the lady I spoke with said I needed to sent her pictures of the materials, a picture of the bill of lading, and a picture of where I had physically counted each type of material and verified that it was there. I thought this was odd but proceeded to do so. Once I confirmed everything was there, I was only then allowed to schedule an install appointment, which now I was told would be a minimum of 6 weeks, this didn't work for me. I was told to call HD and see what they could do, so after several back and forth phone conversations, HD had reached out to one of their other flooring subcontractors, USIG, to do the install in a timeframe that worked better for me. On install day, the subcontractor showed up at 10am and ended up working until 7pm. They told me they would be done with everything in one day, no problem. Around 5pm, I went to check on things and realized they hadn't completed either room and that there was no way they would finish that day. I told the installer they needed to stop at 6pm as I'm sure my neighbors wouldn't appreciate a tile saw running into the evening. Upon me telling this, I could tell they started rushing more to try to finish. After reminding the several times that they needed to stop at 6pm, they finally packed up and left at 7pm. I requested that they come earlier the next day (7-8am) and finish at 5pm. They showed up 9am the next day (reoccurring theme of running late every single day they showed up) and proceeded to finish the project. I had to run out later that day and they had finished and left by the time I was back. Upon inspecting the tile work, there were multiple areas where the tile height (lippage) did not line up evenly. I didn't watch everything they did, but they did not pour any leveling compound or use the spacer clips during the install and knew immediately that this would require them to come back out and correct. I notified my contact at USIG and he came out to look, upon his investigation, he agreed that both my bathroom and laundry room would need to be demolished and reinstalled, this time with leveling compound. After a few weeks, the same install crew came back out to correct everything. After the team leader inspected things, he said only the bathroom needed to be fixed and the laundry room was fine. After a few minutes of back and forth (there was a little bit of a language barrier), I called his office and notified them of the problem, which they agreed that both floors needed to be reinstalled. The team lead said he wasn't going to do it, that the only room that needed correction was the bathroom, which I told him to go ahead and get started on and we would figure out the rest. When he was redoing the bathroom tile, I noticed that he was spreading a compound on just one area of the floor instead of pouring a self-leveling compound, which is what I was familiar with. The installer returned the next day to complete the install, and guess what, the tiles were uneven again and now the pattern didn't line up. I was in disbelief on how they could screw this up again, I called and sent pictures again of the floor to USIG and demanded someone come out and fix this immediately, but that install team was no longer allowed to work at my home due to the two failures. After about a week or so I was informed that team was their only available installers, I requested a refund as I had zero confidence in USIG at this point. After another week or so, USIG reached back out to notify me that they had a new install team that was the best and they had full confidence in them, begrudgingly, I agreed to let them have one more opportunity, there was no way they could screw this up a third time. After several conversations back and forth, we found a day/time that worked, the following Monday morning. On the Friday before, I received a text form USIG saying that they couldn't get the materials and that it would be 3 plus weeks before they would have the materials. I was wrong, they did screw things up a third time. After this, I 100% requested a refund and wanted nothing more to do with USIG, their incompetence as a company, their lack of oversight with their subcontracted install teams, or the direct incompetence of their subcontracted install teams. I was left with a lot aggravation, wasted time, and two rooms with floors that still needed to be demolished and reinstalled. I was told I needed to call the local Home Depot store to request my refund. After 10 phone calls over a period of 30 minutes, I finally spoke to someone that could help me. She notified me that she would need to investigate, speak with USIG, etc., and would follow back up with me. This was late April, she never did. After two months of not hearing anything back, I decided to call again, this time it took over 20 phone calls to get to the right person, and over an hour of my time. I purposely waiting until I was driving as I knew it would take forever to speak to the right person. I finally spoke with someone who could help me and she told me the same thing again, had to investigate, etc. After almost three weeks and a few phone calls, I finally received a call stating that they were ready to refund me my money this past Friday, July 7th, but that I had to come into the store to process the refund. In summary, and if you made it this far, I would not use Home Depot for any install. Between the incompetence of HD and their subcontractors, there are better options out there for you, your money, and most importantly, your time.

                                                        Employees walk past you despite the store being empty and you’re visibly looking around for help, and won’t even acknowledge you. A call is made for assistance to the area you’re in and no one ever shows up.
