Not gonna lie, this parking lot and access in and out bites but the store itself is great. I'd say 8 out of 10 of the employees are very helpful and want to be there. There are a few that are obviously just there and don't care about the customer, if you can avoid them then your shopping experience will be great. I had a bad experience once and the manager went way above and beyond to make it right.

Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable. This location always has what I need.

Sales staff is very friendly. Neat and clean store.

As per its usual, the store was clean, well organized, and well stocked. I went for the after Christmas markdowns, and the items were neatly stored in one area and clearly marked with the sale prices.

I just went to the store with my dog and to randomly browse for Christmas presents. Was pleasantly surprised when a store associate (didn’t catch his name) was warm and friendly and greeted my dog. Made me feel at home! Store is really neat, employees are super friendly, and I love how efficient the checkout experience was.

The appliance team was exceptional in their customer care, knowledge of products, and willingness to help. Highly recommend asking for Yolanda when looking to do an overhaul of your appliances at home.

This is the most convenient store for me. Hence, I’ve shopped here very often. I can attest to the professionalism of the sales associates and their knowledge. One associate who stands out is Yolanda who helped me shop for my new cooking range. She was patient and very informed on the products I was considering to purchase. Yolanda will be my go-to person for my next appliance purchase.

Over the Here’s this location has become the worst customer service.

When I went to the store I worked with Bill, Billie Joe (in tool rentals) Chris and Lampkin! These people was amazing especially that Billie Joe! They went above and beyond to help me and I have never seen Service like this at any Home Depot! This was my first time going to tool rental and boy have I been missing out! I truly appreciate the great service and them going above and beyond the call of duty! If I ever need to rent any tools it would not only be at Home Depot but only this location!

Store is pretty dirty. Parking lot is dirty. Store is understaffed.

Tyrae and Eric went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I just moved to Atlanta and couldn’t be happier to have such a great store in my neighborhood! Others should look at these guys as an example!

I love this store. It is convenient to where I live and they almost always have exactly what I am looking for. They have very good prices and I especially love to purchase my plants there. If I need anything to make a repair in my home I can find it at this store. The people are friendly and helpful and I can get in and out pretty quickly!

ALTHOUGH THE PROPERTY IM WORKING ON IS CLOSER TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT STORE MIDTOWN IS WORTH THE TRIP #MIDTOWN ROCKS

I shop at the midtown store in Atlanta basically because Billy is so knowledgeable about all things kitchen and the ability to get someone on the phone at this store. Many times you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. This is one thing I would definitely change about Home Depot - all stores. Very hard to talk to someone on the phone when you need them.

The store itself was fine. Madeline the cashier was beyond wonderful!! However, the single star review comes down to Tasha in hardware. By far the rudest, meanest, utterly dismal employee I have EVER encountered at any Home Depot, let alone any store anywhere. Period.

Customer service always great

The Midtown Atlanta store is smaller than many Home Depot Stores that I have visited, but their customer service is the best and the items I need are always in stock. I always buy plants, mulch and pine straw there for my garden, and everyone is happy to help me take it to me car. Thanks so much.

Anytime you have a problem with something that is not right go to ASM DeeDee and she will do all she can to make this a pleasant experience for you. The entire staff here is polite professional and courteous the ASM DD goes above and beyond in everything that she does. I love this store.

The cashier Madeline or ‘’Matty” has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen when her job is customer service. She acts if she doesn’t want to be at work overall she gives off bad vibes and energy.

Go see Eboni (aka smiley) at the Midtown Home Depot! She will turn your usually rushed and inconvenient errand into a pleasant experience.

Store is always clean and aisles organized. While some aren't most associates are very helpful and are trained well to have all the correct answers for their customers

if you need appliances -- look for Matt -- he is knowledgeable and makes the shopping experience enjoyable. He clearly explains the delivery/install processes and payment options.
