I bought some perennials plants back September 2023 and didn’t grow back after the dormancy time. Austin helped me out to find the perfect plant for my garden, I hope it will grow well and make my garden looks great.

I made two significant purchases within the last few weeks in two different departments. The staff was phenomenal in their knowledge, professionalism and friendlyness. So far I've had wonderful experiences with 4 different staff members and a manager - all excellent. I'm delighted with my experience and purchases!

I've shopped at several HDs in the greater Richmond, VA area - The Short Pump store culture has the most upbeat, helpful sales associates of any store I shopped - The folks are consistently enjoyable to interact with - Each time I visit I get the impression they are sincerely appreciative of my business, so I keep returning.

Where are the regular shop vac filters Why is there a plethora of odd size expensive rigid filters and nothing anyone needs ?

I had purchased too many items and needed to return some. I had a receipt for every item except one and the associate named Maryann was very helpful and patient.

Very professional and excellent store employee, however the installation was not good. No where in your two dozen text messages about getting ready for the install did you mention that if there was any kind of leak that the installation would not be done. I waited all day for you to install the purchased dishwasher with my kitchen moved around and torn apart. So I hired my own installation person and had to wait several more days to get the job completed.

After attempting to purchase the items I wanted on Home Depot's website, I visited my local store and was totally pleased with the experience; first, the agent at the order desk was helpful, knowledgeable efficient and polite; and second, while only 1 of the two items I wanted was in stock, unlike another local seller who wanted a shipping/delivery fee equal to 80% ($75) of the total cost of the two items, she recommended that I pick up the second item once it arrives (in 2 weeks) at no additional cost.

First off it took several min before anyone came to help me after I asked someone to page for the department. I purchased a refrigerator and oven range with air fryer mode which was to be delivered separately. I was told installation would happen but the refrigerator was delivered and not installed. I had to have it returned to the store. I canceled the oven range because of the confusion about the refrigerator.

There are about seven HD stores in my area. I have shopped at them all because I like to shop for clearance items and socialize my dogs. This store is one of the best, if not the best store in customer service in the area. Two I avoid. They will always help you solve a problem. Some stores just don't care, think you are bothering them or make excuses instead of finding solutions. That's the key in everything. Nobody wants to hear excuses but want solutions. From memory, I don't ever remember leaving with a problem within their control not resolved.

I asked for help several times and someone called for assistance 3x via the overhead. I waited 40+ minutes to finally be told "oh they are at lunch". It shouldn't be that difficult for a customer to get help.

The first delivery person called and explained that they would be delivering with a 40' tractor-trailer and asked if they would have room to turn around in cul-de-sac at the end of our road. I said no. They said delivery would be rescheduled. That didn't happen till I called :( However after delivery was rescheduled, it came with a different driver and a 40' tractor-trailer. This driver parked at the end of the road, unloaded the delivery and drove it to our home with the fork truck. He brought it right up our driveway and placed it exactly where I wanted it. He was very helpful and he wasn't concerned about turning around in the cul-de-sac. ...So, I could have had my delivery on the original day if I had had the second driver. Anyway it worked out well.

I needed help with doors and locks. Tim has been great help in the millworks.

We bought this 1 week ago 7.5.2r and was deliver on 7.13.24. Salesman was Charlie, what a great employee, very forward ,knowledgeable, and took time to answer our question from warrenty, registration, delivery and installation process. He was very through.

I come to this Home Depot because they almost always have the railing products in stock that I need

The employees at this store were amazing, but one in particular, Mr. Steve Moose was excellent! He took time to help me with my project and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter to which he helped me with. I give Mr. Steve Moore 5 stars for the customer service he displayed with me today. I am very pleased with the service I got from Mr. Moore, all the way to the cashiers. Just wanted to share my appreciation for employees Mark and Alexandre. They're both helpful, friendly and kind and made for a great shopping experience.

Great Inventory..... lots of choices,......OAK however, does not compete with much more knowledgeable, Market Partner, Rockler.... lineal CHEERY 2in and lineal MAPLE, 5/.4 are better priced, than the random length of 1" oak I purchased, here, with no other support at all. Rockler, employees were actually fun to deal with, with plenty interesting comments, and tips. DEPOT FAIL!

In these "do it yourself" days, we were very pleased with Andrew D's help in cutting a piece of lumber exactly as we needed it. Great store.....great staff.
