Had a great Customer service experience at HD. Rakele was super helpful! I have seen the competing stores and HD vary their customer service levels. I enjoy excellent customer service as provided by HD now. I hope they keep it up!

This store has many items in stock. I was looking for something that was not in the store. I was taken to the Pro desk to look up the item which was found and delivered to my house free. They also offered a referral service for my deck and fence project. They offered information about a storage shed which I may need later.

I always go and get my plants every year from Home Depot. They always have what I need. Everything is organized. And the customer service is outstanding.

We came in for paint and the gentleman at the counter who helped us was clearly ready to leave. He asked minimal questions to determine our project needs, which resulted in us taking home the wrong paint color and type (he gave us satin instead of semi gloss). Now that we realized it’s the wrong color and type, Home Depot says that they can’t help us at all because paint is non refundable and we would need to purchase the right type of paint, thereby costing us double the money and time. It is ridiculous that Home Depot will do nothing to remedy this situation.

A clerk, named Rakele, was extremely helpful in assisting me scan my items and assisting with a problem with my credit card. She was engaging, very professional and went out of her way to assist me when I had to return to my car to get my wallet. She should be an example to others for her excellent customer service skills.

Charlie helped me buy a dishwasher and he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast. From walking in the store, he had me checked out in about 30 minutes.

We have found The Home Depot as a one stop home improvements lifeline. Over the years we have found ourselves in many areas of needing guidance with improvements and needed repairs. We have always been rewarded with great products and excellent advice!

I always have a positive experience in the Short Pump store. Employees always go above and beyond to help and they friendly and polite.

I was recently at the Home Depot on West Broad Street. First, Muhammed helped me get the tool I needed and made sure I got the best price, beating the price of a major online company. Then, when I returned to the parking lot my truck had a flat tire. I went back in the store and a young man was willing to go to his car to get a pump to air it back up. Upon closer inspection, the side was cut (due to me hitting the curb on the way in). As I informed the store employees of my limited heart function, one of the guys said he would change my tire for me. Jeff was very patient and changed the flat tire and had me on my way. Great costumer service. I will make this store my first stop for home improvement needs.

Rakele went out of her way to assist me at the self checkout and provided 5 star customer service!

I found a pack of floodlights in a section of clearance items. When I got to the self checkout, a clerk saw that they had rung up for .01 each box. I had 3 and a bunch of other items. A pair of garden gloves didn't ring up correct price so i called an attendant. She saw the .01 item and said I couldn't buy them and deleted them and took them out of my bag. I don't think that was right!@

Looking for fall flowers and lawn treatments , well HD has them now, plus they have employees who actually greet you and don’t act like you are bothering them when you ask a question

Staffing like many places is low. Manager Pauline and Nathaniel in major appliances still maintain a positive, can do attitude.. Unfortunately this is not the case with other managers/staff. It took multiple calls to have a department answer.rather than yes/NO As to recommendation it is your call whether Yes or NO. We need a N/A option for todays environment!

The store manager Brandon was very helpful, fun, kind and eager to help. Alexandra at customer service was sweet, helpful and fast to check us out. We love this Home Depot and come everyday to shop for our business.

Got to the store shortly before closing needing a flapper ball to fix a toilet. Received excellent help and was on my way very quickly.

Stuart at the garden checkout was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I shopped 2 days in a row - didn't get enough of the products I needed the first time. I was hoping Stuart would be working again, and he was! This time, I also met Dalonn who was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Emitt is the man, he is the best person at home depot and made me laugh the entire time he was helping me, great service.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. Along with competitive prices, this makes it an obvious pick when I need a hardware store.

Excellent place to shop esp for hardware, wood, paints, lighting, garden tools, you name it you have it here.

Home DePot is lacking terribly in Customer Services. The staff is just not being trained properly.

I went in with my boyfriend today to buy a lattice piece for a new project. We were passed by three different employees, asked for assistance over the intercom, and waited for 20 minutes!! Until a nice young man Jordan come to help us in the middle of getting a task for his job done. He saw us get passed by, and that we had been waiting ((wasn’t even his department at the time). We go here often, and have never had any issues with anything, but today was off. I thank Jordan for putting a halt in his job to do someone else’s!!
