I was satisfied with the help I received when I ordered my window blinds which I will eventually buy.

I needed to get some exterior 2"x4"s for my 4x8 trailer. The assoicate asked if I found everything I need or if I needed help. He showed me the location of what I was looking for and assisted me by finding the straightest 2"x4"s. I then asked where I could find the exterior 4'x8' plywood and he showed where they were located. I told him what I was going to use them for and he assisted me in my selection of what thickness I should use. I was very please with this associate and the cashier. He acknowledge my military service and additionally thanked me for it as well. Made me feel good. Back in the 70s acknowledgement was given but not pleasent. DJ

I was truly impressed with the level of care and detail provided by the sales associate in the paint department. He helped me match an extremely old and fragile paint chip of "Indian Spice" -- even looking up the color and mixing a can based upon name alone (It turned out to be wrong, the paint is just that old.) I just needed some touch-up, I mean this was literally a ten dollar sale. But he seemed to really care that he got this right -- he wanted to help. In the end he did get the hue right - the shade is different, depending upon the part of the house used for touch-up, which is completely to be expected and all I could have asked for. And, with that, he also said he could work to help mix different cans for use in different areas, depending upon if the paint is to be used for shaded spots or more faded spots of the house. Honestly, I was happy when the new Lowe's in went nearby. But, I have noticed that the Home Depot employees seem to be much friendlier, willing to help, and knowledgeable -- something I didn't expect.

I had to make a return and it was a very simple process. I received information on two products that I needed and was told exactly where to find them.

I recently moved into a new house right down the road from this store and I have been visiting it multiple times each week(sometimes multiple times per day) for the past two months. I constantly have issues with the employees here; in the event you are able to find one they are rarely helpful.(Although there have been a few notable exceptions where I have had great service) I have spent 10+ minutes trying to find an associate in the section I am in, and when I go to another section for help they do little more than try to phone someone to help me. Additionally, I have been left waiting at paint counter for 15 minutes and had no one assist me. On multiple occasions I have had to leave and drive farther up the road to the Lowe's, where the difference in service is night and day. Not only are the associates easier to find, but they are also much more knowledgeable and have been able to help me with any issues I have run into. At this point, Home Depot has missed out on thousands of dollars in purchases because the service was so terrible that I ended up going to Lowe's instead. It is very unfortunate, because Home Depot is so close to me, but the service is just inexcusable.

Electrical supply associate gave me a hard time about simple 3/4 electrical connectors; Told me I had to buy a whole box when I only needed 4. He had no clue what was on the shelf or how much it cost. I went to " customer service". KIM when WAY out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She found the parts I was searching for and made sure I was satisfied and assisted me beyond what I expected. I rated "associate" excellent because of KIM, not the old guy in electrical supplies. I will shop there again. I have been in this store many many times. KIM is an asset to this store.

Mark, Cindy and Cindy at the return desk were extremely helpful in my attempts to return and exchange a lawnmower without a receipt. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction when in fact it was my fault that I had misplaced the receipt. It is this kind of courtesy to a loyal customer that will keep me shopping at the Home Depot despite living closer to a Lowes. Thank you.

This store is consistently a good experience for me I have never encountered any negative experience and I have been very often to this store in the last year.

I was able to quickly find what I needed and was assisted when I couldn't.

Incredibly helpful associate in the Hardware department. I was in search of a specific-sized screw and needed help looking through the many, many choices. I needed to replace a screw that had broken in a piece of wood, and the associate helped get the broken screw out, and ensured the screw I bought was the proper size. He wasn't comfortable just "guessing" the size and worked with a few of his colleagues to ensure the old screw was removed and the new one (that I bought) was the right fit.

I love the Ross Park store they have the best associates than any other store.

Love Home Depot, went there for 3 custom cut room darkening blinds. It was a little difficult to find the ones I wanted in white but I found them. Once I asked an associate to assist me, for the custom cut, he was very helpful. I am pleased with the blinds but I still think they were a little bit pricey for just a pull down vinyl shade. They keep out the hot sun though.

Even though the Associates were very busy stocking the area I was looking in they also were quick in getting the items I needed out of the back and ready for me. This was one of the better experiences I have had in a larger store.

I was not sure of the type of flowers that would be best for my patio planters. Chris form the Garden area was very kind, helpful and patient with me. She took the time and assisted me in selecting the suitable flowers , the pots and the soil. Very valuable associate.

The associate staff were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. This was a return trip for me to find some LED recessed lighting and a few lightning rods. Joe from lighting/electrical was extremely helpful.

I have visited this store several times in the past two months and each time the associates were very friendly and helpful. Especially the folks in gardening who were eager to carry and lift items into my car. I really appreciated the free assembly of my new grill.

I was very impressed with all the sales associates who helped me today. Home Depot has done a good job in training the associates. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot and will continue to do so.

Multiple staff offered assistance during our visit. Also, to help load our car. It was amazing!

The customer service at this store is excellent. The staff greet you and offer their expertise. I go out of my way to visit this location because of the staff.

Scott helped me with self check out, very pleasant. Another associate escorted us to vacuum cleaners & loaded it in my car.

I always receive the best assistance while I'm shopping at Home Depit. Everyone is courteous and very friendly. I like how helpful and knowledgeable the sales associates are.
